“Pleasantly surprised. Small town ( Nyssa, OR) and the only restaurant I remember seeing that wasn't serving exclusively Mexican Food.
Adult beverages ( mixed) were delicious and the price was 1990's low!
I tried the steak fingers...much more lightly breaded than most places, well seasoned and tender! Hubby had some kind of meat with au jus that he really likes. No greasy taste and the amounts were plentiful. Super friendly and attentive server!
The building is old but clean. Decent, limited parking but smaller towns are super busy mid week. We'll go again.”

“I visited the tavern recently and was greeted by a big smile from Gavy she had such a dope spunky personality that made my whole first experience there that much better! My drink was never under half full , the food was pretty good it didn’t take very long at all to get it after ordering and I got to play some slots which was cool gavy recommended some games and I actually came up $90 and that’s always a plus in my book.
I hope the Tavern managers/owners know that they have an awesome employee if it wasn’t for Gavy making that whole experience super chill I’d probably give the place 3 or 4 stars she is definitely the reason that made it 5 stars 🌟 GIVE HER A RAISE , SHE DESERVES IT!”

“The food and service are very good. I won't order another sandwich. I ordered a half sandwich, and it was stacked way too high; it was difficult to pick up, the bread fell apart, and it was not a fun experience. There is a reason I ordered a half sandwich. (never thought I would complain about too much food) I didn't eat most of it, and just ate my mac and cheese. I will come back and but no more regular bread sandwiches. I will try the flatbread sandwich next time and definitely the Mac and Cheese again!”

“Top Notch Place!! You can tell it's been a labor of love for the new owners. (less than 2 years I believe). They have remodeled a ton and have a ton of kewl different things going on. Karaoke twice a month, painting once a month and more stuff i'm sure I haven't heard about. Today they had the UFC PPV from ABU DABHI at the weird time it aired and for free to their customers!! TOP NOTCH IN MY BOOK!!. GREAT ATMOSPHERE, STAFF AND VIBE.! You'll see me there alot from here on out. (Good Single Ladies take note, I'm one of the good ones lol)”

“This food truck is underrated as heck! Most flavorful food in the area. The chef uses fresh local ingredients for all the dishes and you can tell. The food is gourmet quality you’d expect to find at a fine dining restaurant. The chef does these diverse fusion dishes with his own unique spin to each one. Like legit, the food at this truck will blow you away”

“When saw they had local food I have to stop in and check them out. Then I was even more impressed by their menu. Salmon burgers. Fries made with beef tallow. $2 Tuesday shrimp tacos. Cherry cider. Delicata squash fries. Love what they’re doing! Can’t believe something this cool is in Fruitland! Love their commitment to staying local and healthy and fresh. I’ll definitely be coming back.”

“Everytime I go through Ontarion for work, I almost always stop at the Red Apple Market in Ontario, the only place I know that carries them all, to pick up a few bottles. Haven't made it to the brewery itself yet. I looked around for it the other day when I was through there, and none of the locals had heard of it. Their loss. Fantastic beers. Leefer Madness IPA is open on my desk now, and the Black Flag is also phenomenal. Often here at Portland BrewFests, and a few other places, but definitely one of my favorite breweries, and certainly worth the effort.”

“If ya like BBQ, and you’re from Texas needing a fix - this place will do it! We ordered brisket sandwiches, pulled pork, chicken and sausage to have us a nice spread and that’s exactly what we got. All delicious! And a fun little gem of Banana Pudding for dessert, just like down south, topped with a vanilla wafer. YES SIR! Service was great, friendly and helpful. We will be back, looking forward to it already!”

“We stopped quickly to get a sandwich. The two men working were so polite, friendly, efficient, and great sandwich makers. If I lived near this town I would frequent this Subway often. I e never been to a better Subway.”
