Best place In pocatello, hands-down! The service and food were both exceptional !
The food and servers are great, but there was a horrible sewer water smell.

It's an average diner (but I have high standards from living in culinary havens like Ann Arbor). They do not do half sizes and the oil for the hash browns tasted a bit old.
Chicken fried steak: Probably the best thing here! The breading was on the thicker side, which probably helped it stay intact and crispy under the gravy.
Orange juice: This tasted pretty fresh! I would reccomend it.
Salmon eggs benedict: I enjoyed this, but the hollandaise sauce left a bit to be desired. Felt like it wasn't worth the price.
Omelets: Massive and thick-walled. It's not what I look for in an omelet, but my father enjoyed it.
Mini belgian waffles: The waffles are cake-like, soft, and airy. They're great at absorbing syrup, but lacking in the crunch department. If you like fluffy waffles, you'll like this, but it's not my favorite. The raspberry syrup is okay; it's mostly sugary and less fruity.
Iced tea: Fairly watery.
The magic-themed decor is fun, but everyone being put in a single large room for dinner leaves you feeling a bit exposed; it's not as cozy as I would like a diner experience to be. Service was friendly.

One of the staff members was extremely rude and unprofessional to my family and myself. Table was filthy and sticky. Food took a long time to get and was cold and very unpleasant. Will not return.

Ordered the chorizo and eggs Benedict, and they handed me a plate of diced jalapeños and very little chorizo. The rest was ok. But it just wasn't palatable or enjoyable. The waitress was combative about my complaint and took issue with me for not liking it and despite not even eating a cpuple of bites to try it, said I ate so they are gonna charge me for the full order. My wife rather enjoyed her food though. Wont be eating here again. It was disappointing and because it looked like a fun good breakfast spot.

Food was great. Our actual server was great and recommended dishes and very polite. Rating service a 2 because "Brandy" who works there essentially kicked out paying customers. A group of friends and I were chatting drinking the rest of our coffee and one friend was still eating part of her meal. Brandy came up and asked us to "carry our conversation at a coffee house because there's a group of people waiting on this table". We are still consuming the food and drinks that were placed in front of us and she has the audacity to ask paying customers to leave? She then continues to roll her eyes and stare us down. As a server who is in the industry as well, I would never ask a table to take their conversation elsewhere because that's how you don't get return customers. Unprofessional and quite frankly just rude. I won't be returning. Not a loss for them I'm sure just as much as it is not a loss for me.
Brandy will probably kick you out even if you're still drinking and eating. Probably wait to pay your bill until you are legitimately done.

Rating this place a 2 star. (I don’t need to go back)
Recently I was here with a group of friends. I got there a little early to get us on the list since we had a slightly bigger party and I know as a bigger party we just might have to wait since we did not have a reservation, that is a not a big deal and is to be expected, but to my surprise there were plenty of open tables so we got seated right away. Our entire party got there at 9:20 and at 10:50 we were rudely told to leave and “take it to a coffee shop” and that we had been there since 8 so we had been there long enough and they wanted to seat other people. Now I was the first to get there and since I was still in bed at 8am clearly this person had issues with us enjoying the coffee (that we had paid for) and enjoying our breakfast. Our actual server was amazing! She was friendly and our drinks were always full. However, Brandi Christensen (the old owner of pita pit) was the person who kicked us out. We still had drinks we were working on as well as some food that people were still snacking on but I guess she didn’t care if we finish our food and drinks or not. Apparently there are not many people that have had pleasant experiences when it comes to Brandi Christensen. Previous coworkers who have worked with her don’t have anything nice to say about her and neither do customers of abracadabras or pita pit. To me, it sounds like this miserable person doesn’t belong in customer service so it’s unfortunate Abra’s has hired someone with zero tact. We have all tried to leave customer feedback on the Facebook page for this company but all of our posts have been deleted and we have all been blocked. A little unprofessional if you ask me but I guess if you have a worker running off all of your customers, telling them to go to coffee shops, you need to delete all of the negative so new customers keep coming in.
I guess if you want to be rushed through your meal and not converse with anyone in your party go here. If you would like to enjoy your meal and get treated with respect maybe choose another place.

Good food, good price for the portions you receive. However, I will not be coming back.
We planned a surprise breakfast for a friend of mine and had a table of 4 people total. Our full party arrived at 9:20am.
This is important to note due to the fact that we were quite literally kicked out at 10:50am by a server named Brandy. We were absolutely speechless the first time she came to our table and quite rudely told us to leave because she had a big table waiting. I was still drinking my coffee when she told us to leave. Not 5 minutes later she came back, and told us to “take this to a coffee shop”. When we told her that we were finishing up our coffee and that we were paying customers too, she replied by telling us that we had been there since 8am, and that they have people waiting.
I spent 6 years in the service industry and have co managed a restaurant. I am ABSOLUTELY baffled at Brandy’s audacity. There is a way to talk to people. There is a way to tactfully ask people to speed things up. She was the prime example of what NOT to do.
1.5 hours when factoring in time to order, wait time for food, time spent actually eating, paying, boxing up our food, and the time we sat casually chatting, this is not an outrageous amount of time. We were not over staying the welcome….which honestly shouldn’t even be brought into question when you are going out to a Saturday morning breakfast.
We will take Brandy’s advice, and will take our business to a coffee shop next time.
Instead of deleting bad reviews maybe you should keep them up and learn from your mistakes.

it seems the business is removing all the negative feedback they should be using to better their business, being decent human beings is kind of apart of the job and it’s never okay to be down right disrespectful to customers. me and my grandma really enjoy coming to eat here but i think ill be telling her to take her money elsewhere.
I've been eating here for a couple years now. I enjoy Abra's for the unique food and wonderful service. It's a smaller place, so if it's busy you may have to wait to be seated, and at times it gets a little crowded, but the food makes up for it - even for a grumpy old curmudgeon such as myself.
Fun place. Wish it were a little like the one in Twin

Average experience at this restaurant. The building is dated, and it impacts the atmosphere.
