The person who waited on me was friendly and helpful. The selection of donuts was OK. The taste of the donuts wasn’t what I expected. The donuts tasted like the oil they were fried in was old. It tasted like the oil has been used to do all the deep frying from buttermilk to glazed. I would like to see the oil changed every other day. Not filtered and used for whatever time they have scheduled. Fruit donuts should have their own fryer. This review is based on my first visit. I visited the places that sell food 3 times and share my experience. So hopefully the next visits will be better.

I am a long time customer of this establishment. I absolutely love this shop!! The employees are so welcoming and nice. They are always willing to help. Aside from the coffee I go for the interaction with all the nice people whether it be employees or customers. Lindsey and her crew are the best!!

My wife and I visit here about 2-3 times a month. The donuts are delicious and they have a wide variety, but they will run out of some if you visit too late in the morning. I always get a drip coffee, which is very good and fairly priced.

Great little find on our stop through Pocatello. Super cute shop!Soooo many donut choices! Not the "norm" on some of the flavors, which was fun.Great flavor and they were delicious!The service was lacking a little. The girls helping us were great. There was one gal, who might have been the owner or manager, who acted irritated when we didn't understand what she was asking us about what we ordered.It was our first time and didn't know a ring dozen or amazing dozen or whatever they offer.I then asked for a coffee and she acted like i had requested for her to stand on het head to make the coffee.Maybe she was having a bad day.Anyways, we will definitely go again. :)**Update** to the owner- I do LOTS of reviews and feel I review fairly. I have given PLENTY of 5 star reviews. You must have researched my recent (Pocatello) where the other establishment didn't deserve any more stars than I gave.I LOVE small shops and usually always have good experiences.I travel for work and wanted something different for our clients and came to your shop because of reviews.I DID say I would be back (maybe) and praised the girls who helped. Maybe the manager was irritated she was training?! If that is the case, she probably should be nicer since she's training? Instead of seeming irritated with whoever, because honestly it seemed she was irritated with us.Thank you for your feedback. I will definitely consider where I give business in the future.

I like this place but was talked to as though I was dumb by an employee there and disrespected for no reason. He seemed really racist and for those who don't believe me I will send the recorded videowhere he calls me a loser and trash and threatens to have someone beat me and the words are not nice that where exchanged from me because of the disrespectful treatment in the video you can see I was not rude in any way until he rudely tells me I should maybe use common sense once in a while because I didn't see the CLOSE SIGNSo I got a call from pocatello police department saying I will be charged with trespassing if I go backThe owner nor a manager have heard my side . They should see what kind of people they have working for themI don't care how good there donuts are no one deserves to be spoken to the way he did meI was in abusive marriage for twenty years and my defense mode kicked in I will not be belittled by no man or woman
