I walked in and used the men’s restroom I smelled like sewage. I ordered 2 Rubens and an 8 peace jalapeño poppers all cold plus I ordered a medium drink and got a small. Won’t come back to this one again.

Ordered two roast beef classics with cheese and 2 sides of fries. Fries tasted extremely old almost like they were cooked, refrigerated and warmed up again. Both sandwiches had cheese but all the cheese was not even a quarter of the way on my sandwich it was all on the sandwich wrapper on both sandwiches. No one wants to eat food that tastes like it’s been sitting out for hours.

Thay messed up my order I told them thay went way above to fix it I would most definitely go back the manager working that day she was quick to fix the problem everyone has had a bad order at a fast food it's the care she put out 💯

Would you like a little sandwich with your cup of buffalo sauce??? Jeez, learn how to make a sandwich without drowning it in sauce. I need to stick to the Chubbuck Arby's. Way better quality there.
For 30 dollars of food it looked like everything was thrown together from 2 feet away. Patty and sauce and everything sliding off the bun. No straws for our drinks. Asked for sauces , literally givin 1 pack of bronco, 1 horse sauce , and 1 other sauce. I guess we should share one package. Get your crap together Arby's your food is okay tasting but so over priced and thrown together like trash. Care more about customer service

This place was so terrible. Every employee ignored myself and another couple standing at the front counter. I walked out held the door for the other couple. The whole staff had no intention of helping up. I’ll go to the other one in town.
