Terrible customer service, bell rang to single I walked in the door and the two girls working looked over at me, and then continued on in their conversation not even saying a simple “hello”. I waited for 10 minutes, and never ended up being helped so I left. The poor person in the drive through was sat there waiting longer than I was.

Wish old management came back. Ever sense new management they're open sign is on and no note stating on the window that they're actually closed and it's always around 1 to 3 I go so they should be open. But instead they aren't and don't even have a reason. Online shows open store sign says open but no one is there. Poorly managed. And I've been a daily regular for 5 years and never had this problem until the last few months. Multiple times. You're losing out on customers from poor management.

I sat at the counter for 10 minutes which I counted on my clock and just watched the workers talk in the back, finally when they got my order my coffee almost tasted spoiled and not what I normally order idk who they are but the day shift ladies on (12/9/23) need to get their act
Kacy always has such a good happy attitude no matter how busy they are. She also always knows what I am going to order when i come in. Which I find awesome!

Exceptional service every time. Staff is polite and friendly. I usually order a frap, and it's always great. Not every large drink is $8.A large hot tea is $3.50, also a large hot cocoa is just under $5.00. I personally prefer Beans and Brews over ? ?. ?

Was unable to get service from order menu, or drive up. Called and was told to drive back to order menu that just did not work??? Asked to please come to window, no not allowed to take order a window, left without coffee. I've had no answer before and parked and went inside. This time just couldn't do it.
