Waited 45 minutes for an avocado sandwich that when I got home it was absolutely nothing as the picture on the menu suggested. Slow service, a sandwich missing most of the items advertised. Extremely expensive Don't worry, I'll never be back.

Cool shop, but seems filthy. Constantly fly central in there, flying everywhere even on the food, not to mention the piles of dead flies they swat and then leave on the ground. An old friend also mentioned to me at one time that they have a problem with nats getting into their syrup flavorings , but they just remove the dead bugs and proceed to continuing selling it. The food itself is also improperly handled with bare hands, left out all day in the heat, then stored at the end of the day to be re-served the next day, even with time sensitive foods such as; eggs, ham, milk, etc. I've also noticed staff not cleaning any of the coffee making equipment after uses, and then re using it again, such as old milk left on the steamer wand and in the steamer cups, and them rewarming it again minutes/hours later, or steaming new milk directly over the crusted on residual milk left from the previous order, as mentioned. Friendly enough staff. BUT! would recommend Gate city Coffee down the street instead.
EDIT* TO REPLY TO THE REPLY, how is my experience not a customer experience? I gave you MY money, in exchange for unsatisfactory service, in my opinion. The shop isn't as sanitary as it should be, and I don't want to see anyone harmed from improper handling or contamination. To suggest I have any other motive other than using my platform to protect those in my community is appalling, dismissive, and manipulative.

Warm, friendly environment with excellent service. I love this place and vibe it has. I know I can go in anytime I want a delicious house brewed coffee and it will taste wonderful every time! Definitely recommend for anyone wanting a chill place to sit and have coffee alone or with another person. I tried the homemade hot pocket and it was so so so delicious, definitely recommend!!!

Love the Bru House Galileo. Sandy and staff are friendly and efficient. Coffee is yummy! Breakfast is delicious. Banana bread is delicious. The frittata is filling and tasty. My go to at least once a week.
