Explained to the hostess that though I ordered online to use a reward on my account, I wanted to eat in the restaurant. She thought I wanted to order food AND take the pickup order home. Even once I explained that made no sense and reiterated my reason for ordering ahead, she still told me to wait. Over half the tables were clean with vacant seating - I was still expected to wait over 20 minutes for my food before I was allowed to sit. All my food was unnecessarily packed in to-go boxes. Ingredients I asked to be removed from sides were still there. It took another 20 minutes after being allowed to sit to get a server's attention to ask for water. I was not offered a straw. After a few sips of water, I looked more closely at a dark spot in the middle of the ice that I hoped was mineral build up from the ice machine. Stupidly, it was a dead gnat.
I had a long draining day and didn't want to cook at home so I went out solo. Considered asking to speak to the manager or supervisor on shift. Decided to write and post this review instead.
I used to come to BWW with friends often. I will not be supporting suggestions to eat at this BWW location in the foreseeable future.
Edit: To his credit, the server who brought me water checked on me before I left and offered to replace the glass of water.

About once a year, I give this Buffalo Wild Wings another chance, even knowing that I’m disappointed every time. I order through DoorDash and I always receive the smallest, driest, sauceless wings I’ve had from anywhere. They quite literally hurt my teeth to chew, they’re so hard and dry. Every time I hope someone over there changes things and every time I’m let down and spend $80+ for nasty food. I only really like traditional wings so I can’t speak for the boneless.

We waited over a half hour for appetizers that never came. Much later, my husband and grandchildren received their meals, but the rest of us didn’t receive ours until over 10 minutes later. My food was cold, so I sent it back—-it was the Buffalo Tots appetizer. It was nearly 15 minutes later that I received my meal—-and it was basically nachos! I was so angry by this time, I couldn’t eat. I told the manager what happened and he removed my meal as well as my daughter’s. What a horrible experience for my husband’s birthday celebration. Apologies only go so far; we will not darken their doors again.

We had ordered our food before another customer was even seated. They brought the other customer's food before ours. My food was ice cold. They took my food back to hear up. It was just awful. The soda tasted as though they needed to clean their machine. Every time we go there is always a negative experience. This was the nail on the coffin. I will not be back or recommend. Also, the bathroom always smells like crap. Literally.

Showed up got seated and greeted right when we showed up first girl was very nice, then we got sat down and waited for about 10 mins to get drinks, after we ordered they brought food out to 3 of the 7 people at the table we then waited 30 more mins and had to ask for the food for the rest of people and the girl was short and didn't even apologize for the wait and then seem to ignore us the remainder of the time.

Don't order food to go. We have ordered food to go twice. The first time was years ago and they messed up our order. Decided to try again tonight and somehow they got it wrong 2 times in one night. I was craving queso fries. It's the only thing I really love there. So my husband ordered our family food. Our kiddo wanted to try them too, which is a big deal for our picky eater. He brings our food home and he didn't receive his fries, mine have no queso and our son's have no bacon. Our son loved his fries. So there's that. My husband called them and explained the situation. He went to see if he could get what we had ordered for himself and me. He comes home and it's all still wrong. I don't understand. The food quality and service is awful. As someone who used to work car side service, I don't understand how they aren't checking these orders or making good when they mess up. Never again.

One of the greatest times I’ve had at BWW. Our waitress Kelsey was amazing, move her up she deserves it! Such a sweet soul. First time at this location and I will definitely come back!

It’s a pretty restaurant the service was pretty good except when I ordered he gave me grilled chicken tenders but I asked for breaded I didn’t wanna say anything because the tenders already took forever for a new batch would take years. I was to hungry for them to remake it overall it was okay
