Ordered a chicken noodle soup and an SST. The soup was good! The BLT barely had any bacon on it, definitely was disappointing. The breadstick that came with the soup was SUPER undercooked. My kiddo said they didn't like it and I thought that was weird and tried it and it tasted like raw bread dough. The coconut pie was good!

I don't like leaving negative reviews but my daughter was sick so I got chicken noodle soup and asked for plain white bread..I got cold soup and very stale raspberry bread. So disappointed
Soup seemed to be sitting for a long time all the noodles were soggy.

Soup was cold, small root beer float came out half full. French dip was cold. Would never eat here again.

Walking into Butter Burrs, it looked like a decent spot. The menu was not very detailed, so we asked the cashier for recommendations. She was new and did her best, but the two blonde girls making the drinks were rude to her, rude to another worker, and even bickered in front of customers. It created a tense and unprofessional atmosphere.
The drinks were the worst part. One Italian soda came overflowing with whipped cream and sticky liquid running down the sides. When I asked them to fix it, they tried dumping it into a random oversized container that would not even fit in a cup holder. Then they split it into two half-empty cups filled mostly with whipped cream. I had to insist they completely remake it, which they only did with attitude.
The Lime Rickey was just as bad. Instead of following the recipe with Sprite, they used grape juice, so it did not even taste right. On top of that, they barely added any ice. There were probably only three cubes, so it was warm and flat.
This was a to-go order, and we were waiting forever for it. We could see our food sitting there on the counter for about ten minutes before anyone finally bagged it up and handed it over. By then, it was cold.
When I finally asked for a refund because the whole experience had been so frustrating, they told me they could not do that and that they did not even know how. Staff should absolutely be trained on how to handle something as simple as a refund.
I honestly hate leaving horrible reviews. I always try to find the best in places and give people the benefit of the doubt, but this was really hard. In the end, we left with cold food, terrible drinks, and a very negative impression. Between the hostility, the lack of care with making drinks, and the complete inability to handle a refund, we will not be back. Management really needs to retrain staff if they want customers to return.

Menu online says sst is 10.99 I had a buy one get one free paid 17.56 for two which still is a good deal, I added cheese to both sandwiches only one had cheese but think they need to update there website if the prices have changed since the menu board has no pricing

This place was disappointing, I came through because I was craving a chicken salad and they charged me for it then told me they were out of chicken after we paid..im pregnant which we told them i cant have the other cold meats and they just said ok so no meat? They didnt offer a refund or anything to resolve it. So I paid 12 dollars for a mini salad with no meat then a large sprite which was definitely not a large.. wont be coming back.

It’s a little pricey but we love the BLT on their homemade bread.

Always have had a great experience at Lickety Split. Good food, friendly sly servers and quick service. Highly recommend.
The chicken noodle soup was extremely salty, had only two pieces of chicken in it. The sandwich was good. Meal definitely not worth $15. Ordered the sandwich and soup combo which should’ve been around $11 but got charged for each item separately when I said I wanted to do the combo. The table that I sat in was awfully sticky. Staff was friendly.

I have eaten here twice. I love butterburrs restaurant but not butterburrs lickety split. Tonight my wife and went at 7:45. First ordering a roast beef sandwich. Was told they were completely out of beef. Ordered a coke was told they were out of that as well. Finally settled on potato soup I didn’t care for it reminded me of a thick gravy with one potato chunk in the whole bowl. I ate three bites and left it. It was accompanied by a raspberry twist this was fine but super heavy on sugar. My wife had a turkey sandwich I think but she enjoyed it.
The table was sticky
This is my last patronage at this establishment.

Sadly, the place has gone downhill. Butterburrs use to be one of the best places to eat in town. The last three times I have been there it’s been terrible. They didn’t make the French vegetable soup right, they left out the tomato and the seasoning. Almost all the fountain sodas were out. They messed up both orders through the drive through. Today, I decided to try it again to see if things had improved, the soup was so salty I couldn’t eat it. The food is so inconsistent, I’m a long time customer that won’t be returning.
