I get there the last just standing there at desk not doing anything. then after couple mins she ask what can I do for you, she grabs the menu. then phone rings so she turns around then answ we rs, spends couple minutes asking dumb questions an sounded like her friend. so after couple minutes again, I just left. she clearly didn't want me there. then the next people came in which was Caucasian and she brings them to table right away no wait..

Have been here multiple times and can't get seated to save my life I shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes for someone to show up at the front

I absolutely love ButterBurrs. Whenever my family and I go, we always get their delicious chicken noodle soup and cream pies. It isn’t expensive, and a great meal. They also have their Lickety Split building, and I think their service is even better because it is fast but still great. The only downside to their main building is the building. Overall, I think ButterBurrs is a great place to have a meal with family and friends.

Had the best experience at this restaurant tonight. The server named Brian was above and beyond amazing. The food was yummy and literally perfect. Prices were fair and very reasonable. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Very family friendly.

What a charming restaurant with good food, great service, and a fun theme and history.
As a Lord of the Rings fan, I appreciated the nod to Barliman Butterbur in the name.
We had a very positive waitress for our group of 9, who despite being stressed was always smiling and positive.

Grate place. Definitely recommend the house salad and bread stick with butter was good

Came here for breakfast while visiting the area. It was a Sunday and it wasn’t too busy, but we did wait a bit long for our server. I ordered an omelette with hashbrowns and got a maple twist on the side. The twist was the standout. Warm and just the right amount of sweet. Omelette and hashbrowns were okay.

My meal of turkey, dressing, and potatoes was poor. Thin slice of turkey over very salted dressing. I won't be returning!

Professionalism wasn’t there tonight. Don’t know if it was a rough evening prior, but 👎🏽

I was hopeful when I visited Butterburr's on New Years Day with my daughters, but our experience was nothing short of disappointing. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt promising, but that was the high point of our evening.

We ordered a range of dishes, hoping to find some hidden gems on the menu. Unfortunately, what arrived at our table was a selection of poorly prepared food. The kid's finger steaks were grey and very chewing to the point my daughter couldn't eat them. My oldest daughter's fish was overcooked and lacked any semblance of flavor, while my baked potato tasted like it had been sitting out far too long. Even the simplest items, like the sides, were not up to par.

After the meal, I felt a sense of obligation to reach out to the management and share my experience, hoping they would appreciate the feedback. I called the restaurant and was told I would get a call back from management. I have not received a call back even after messaging on Facebook. It’s incredibly frustrating when a restaurant is unresponsive to customer concerns, especially when it’s about the quality of the food they serve.

Overall, I left Butterburr's feeling dissatisfied and unheard. Good food and customer service should go hand in hand, and sadly, this establishment fell short on both counts. I won’t be returning, and I would suggest others think twice before dining here. There are plenty of places that truly value their customers and serve great food—Butterburr's unfortunately isn’t one of them.
