I normally love cafe rio and I want to say I will continue to love it, but I have consistently been given poor quality food and service from this location when I get food picked up. I consistently come home to find forgotten sauces, wrong toppings, and had the serving of pulled pork be just a large chunk of fat. According to their staff today, they've now downsized their regular queso serving for chips to a container 1/3rd the size of what it was prior. I used to be willing to deal with a simple mistake or small lost quality in what they gave me, but when there is a problem with my meal every time, I'm not sure it's worth it anymore.

I’ve been here multiple times over the past month and have consistently been unimpressed with the customer service. Eye rolls, annoyed looks, and snappy responses make it uncomfortable to be a customer. In addition, the kitchen and seating areas are very dirty. With Chipotle opening across the street, they’ll likely be getting my business instead.

Dirtiest cafe rio I’ve ever been too. Needs to shutdown for 2 weeks and quarantine. This cafe rio is more deadly than Covid.

Unclear where and how to order. Staff was unhelpful. Tried to charge me for someone else's order. Place was very dirty with trash and spilled food and mess at drink station

Price of food is high and they only give you a little bit of food if they're going to charge you that kind of money they should be able to give you more food.

What’s the point of ordering a burrito if everything except rice and meat comes on the side? When I asked the guy working if everything can go in the burrito he said no.

Absolutely disgustingly dirty. Got our food and noticed how nasty it was when we went to get our drinks and sit down. Threw our food away and went somewhere else. Ugh 😩 wasted money!

I haven't been to Cafe Rio in the last 10 years. Everything best seemed old and not taken care of. At this location, the diving area felt like i was in a big open room that was dark and gloomy. The food was okay. Nothing to write home about. Definitely a different experience than going to costa Vida in our town.

When I asked if cheese and cilantro could be added to taco I was told it was already added... it had not been added and neither had pico so taco was not good

I love coming to this location. It is always a treat to come through. I love the drive thru my girl Beth is fanatstic . She gives the best customer service and is always so kind and goes above and beyond. Beth is such a joy when she recognizes you as a regular. And can't forget Cam. He is always so kind and just knows how to get things done. Thanks Cam and Beth for the great experiences.

The dirtiest cafe rio I've ever been in. Outside bird crap everywhere parking lot is not maintained. Bathrooms dirty, drink area dirty. Was hesitant to order food but we were in a hurry and needed to get back on the road. Will not ever go back. Dirty and run down

Tired of giving this location a shot. Always out of something, always forgetting something. We live close and almost every time we have gone in the last year it’s just been one thing or another. Today 10/20, went and was told we are out of rice. Like that almost comes with every meal. How can you be out of it? Obviously the Owners/management do not run this place well and do not care. Save your money go down the street to their competitor much better Service.
