Staff has always been friendly and very helpful. We visited the lobby right after lunch on a weekday and it was pleasantly clean and comfortable. With coupons and specials we got a great deal. Very happy with our visit!

We went through the drive thru and only got one burger, that's it. There was no one in front of us and about 3 cars when we pulled up. I currently work and food service and have to constantly bounce from a section to another. So noticing the cashier was doing drive and lobby is no excuse when they are slow. Not really sure if we'd come back at all.

It is the slowest restaurant that I have visited in my life, they do not gladly attend and apart they take too long in the car service they had me waiting 20 minutes to receive my order and inside the premises more than 15 minutes just to take my order being only two people ahead of me.

Had an issue resulting from a coupon used at another store and they immediately fixed it and even called the other store where it occurred to ensure the management was aware and the problem didn't happen again. Shout out to our server Kris for providing us with great service and not only ease, but suggesting customizing a promotional burger to make it exactly what I wanted!
