The problem is that they don't give refills. I can understand that. So, they put a little ice in the cup so that there is more lemon are. Here is the problem the drink is never cold. Can you put the drink in the fridge? That might help

I am absolutely in luv with the mac n cheese added to my classic chicken sandwich. So, so good!! However I also have a problem. My problem is this,...the hours. Its only open from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and its location REALLY stinks!! It needs too be open longer and be in a better more convenient location, because its really disappointing to a person like me who wants it more than just those hours and that location. One last thing, the parking is totally inconvenient also.
I only ordered 3 items and yet the order they gave me was wrong and I was missing my grilled nuggets I payed 11 dollars for. When I told them I was missing my nuggets they told me they didn't have any left and couldn't make more. When I asked for a refund they told me they didn't know how to do that. I then asked if they had any sandwiches left that were still warm and they didn't. So I settled for a chicken wrap that I couldn't even eat because I am gluten free. I also ordered one spicy chicken sandwich and one regular chicken sandwich. However, I got 2 spicy chicken sandwiches.

I'm not sure how these guys can even call themselves a Chick-fil-A. They don't accept Chick-fil-A gift cards. They dont accept the Chick-fil-A One app, and they charge you for a whole sandwich if you just want a filet. Also, it's inside the ISU college and not particularly easy to find or even park near because everywhere in that area requires a parking permit. On a positive note, the service is fast and not especially friendly but definitely not rude either.

Very quick service. Delicious food and incredible staff. Sometimes the speed of the work makes their quality and customer service drop a bit. But it's great stuff. Love this location.
I always come here with my girlfriend and the main manager always makes us feel super uncomfortable, they are always talking about us or making faces, multiple employees will rush out and look at us it makes me really uncomfortable cause if they all talk about us( ik one person that works there) whos to say they wont tamper with my

This chick-fil-a is absolute dog breath, the customer service is equivalent to a deer shaking hands with a bear. It's also absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional as a manager to give ex employees a hard time for just trying to get some food no matter what terms they left on. She should be fired for the rudest comments she gave my friend. I couldn't even believe. bissshhh >:(
