I'm not sure how these guys can even call themselves a Chick-fil-A. They don't accept Chick-fil-A gift cards. They dont accept the Chick-fil-A One app, and they charge you for a whole sandwich if you just want a filet. Also, it's inside the ISU college and not particularly easy to find or even park near because everywhere in that area requires a parking permit. On a positive note, the service is fast and not especially friendly but definitely not rude either.Parking: It's terrible, 90% of that area requires a parking permit

Very quick service. Delicious food and incredible staff. Sometimes the speed of the work makes their quality and customer service drop a bit. But it's great stuff. Love this location.
I always come here with my girlfriend and the main manager always makes us feel super uncomfortable, they are always talking about us or making faces, multiple employees will rush out and look at us it makes me really uncomfortable cause if they all talk about us( ik one person that works there) whos to say they wont tamper with my

This chick-fil-a is absolute dog breath, the customer service is equivalent to a deer shaking hands with a bear. It's also absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional as a manager to give ex employees a hard time for just trying to get some food no matter what terms they left on. She should be fired for the rudest comments she gave my friend. I couldn't even believe. bissshhh >:(

Several times I have ate at this location along with my college children. Multiple times we have encountered poor, unfriendly customer service.. One example is every time we order our meal we will not receive it in a timely matter. On serveral occasions Multiple customer were behind us and received there order before us.

the girl with black hair and blue tape on her ear taking my order was very rude. she kept talking over me asking me very rudely to repeat myself cause after i had repeated myself three different times on what i wanted. i wasn’t rude back nor was i being disrespectful towards her, but she immediately was rude the second i walked up to give her my order.

This Chick-fil-A has been significantly slower than other Chick-fil-A's, even other licensed locations at other universities or at airports. They have frequently forgotten an item as well. The food is still fine, but the service does not live up to what I expect from Chick-fil-A. They also do not offer refills on drinks.Parking: The lot is technically a permit-only lot for ISU students, but I've never gotten a ticket when parking near the back. The lot is very narrow and stressful to navigate. They also have a spot to pay to park.

I went in craving me some cream on a hot day, and the ice cream was absolutely horrid. It’s been 30 minutes and I can’t get the bitter zesty taste of that turned cream out of my mouth. They brought it out fast, but it was so nasty. Save yourself some time and money and don’t go.

Great food as always. It was beginning of June during Summer Break so hardly anyone was in the student hall. But they still took almost 20 minutes to make our lunch (1 Chick-fil-A sandwich, 1 salad, 1 grilled nuggets), and there was only one other customer there besides us.But after ordering $25 in food and drinks for lunch, they refused to give me one simple refill of my Coke. Even after I told them that the server filled my cup with 70% ice to begin with.I know the owner doesn’t want to give free refills to the students all day when they sit in the student hall and study.But I’m 61 and obviously definitely NOT a student there. My wife and I were just visiting. The worker said she would be “fired” if she gave me a refill. Ridiculous…..
