Very attentive and friendly plus food is always delicious
Something is missing, I cant put my finger on it. The food was good, it took forever for it to come to us for foods that cook quickly. Most of the others customers had left by the time our food came, it was weird. Took us awhile to figure out the menu format, nice pictures though. Maybe it was an off day. I'll have to try it another day.
Loved the Chili's salty Chips and Salsa with no cilantro! Presidente Margaritas were a 5 star! I've never been a fan of Chili's but this time changed my mind! I enjoyed the Combo, Ribs and Chicken with Corn on the Cob, Garlic Toast, Fries, and Garlic Dill Pickles
Normally, we really like Chili's. But our visit to this particular location was less than impressive. No one even acknowledged us for the first 15 minutes after we arrived. Another group came in and they were greeted right away. I had to tell the host that we had been waiting, which was awkward and embarrassing. The strawberry lemonades we each ordered were neither strawberry-y nor lemonade-y, and we had to ask for replacements. The food arrived cold, despite the restaurant not being very busy. My steak was overdone and my steamed veggies were underdone. I had a gift card and the "self checkout" tablet wouldn't accept it. It was one thing after another. This was one of the most frustrating dinners I've ever experienced.
We had a great time, our waitress was nice, helpful and fun. The lunch special was good, and inexpensive.
Can't really comment on the food. We went in a couple days ago and never got waited on... after being ignored by the waitress for 10 minutes we finally left. But, we do believe in 2nd chances... we had gone there in October and the waiter was probably the rudest person we've ever had the pleasure of dealing with in a restaurant. We made it to the point of getting water and menus from the guy. He actually snapped at us for asking a question about gluten free items. We walked out. We used to enjoy Chilis before they started hiring the rudest people they could find.
Waited 5 mins then the hostess finally got our drink order. Another 20 mins before anyone would make eye contact and take our order. Seriously thought after not watching at this location for over 2 years service would have improved, I was wrong.
Our meals were very good and the waitresses were good. The atmosphere is comfortable. Wasn't to happy about not offering complementary chips n salsa as has been the norm in the past. Reason for 3 stars.
Great server! Quick with our appetizer platter. Delicious!
Our server bless her heart was wonderful! However when the manger brought us our food our experience experience took a turn for the worst. The chicken in our fajitas was pink. When confronted about this the manger scoffed and argued with us. She told us it was a Chipotle sauce?!? No it was undercooked. Another member of the party did not receive the fries with there burger until they were done eating the burger. Which was about the same time we got our fajitas back. The second time around they were cooked. We continued to get poor and very rude service from the manager as the waitress was very busy. Every time the manager walked by us she gave us dirty looks. This was probably one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had.

Excellent place to eat a good dinner and just relax
Great atmosphere and good food. Our waitress was really fun
Order all messed up and the roasted corn was like mush, cooked too long. No salad as ordered and when we called they pretty much didnt care. Warning dont order through door dash. Good luck if you decide to use this business.
Amazing service! Fast friendly and hot food!
Last Christmas Chilis in Pocatello offered to do a christmas night for my two sons, that have muscular dystrophy, I was unsure of what they had planned. I couldn't believe what they did for my sons, and our family. Free food that was outstanding to say the least, was just the beginning. They treated my whole family like royalty, and gave a TON of presents to my sons. If anybody can't decide where to eat, wants excellent food for a great price, or really wants to support some of the best people I have ever met, drive to Chilis in Pocatello and see what I'm talking about. This place cares about the people that keep them in business!!!!
