Brooke is absolutely amazing! 💖 She is always so kind, welcoming, and genuinely makes the experience at Crumbl so much better. She goes above and beyond with her customer service and is always smiling, which makes you feel right at home. People like her make me want to come back again and again. Thank you, Brooke is the sweetest!

Updated rating as of September 3rd, 2025. I very much question how often staff change their gloves and wash their hands. This past Saturday and today - I watched staff handle orders *after* handling physical customer payments without changing gloves or washing their hands. Also, disappointed that the strawberry pretzel pie cookies were far from fresh. I have visited this location on different days of the week at different times of day and staff are rarely sincerely friendly/enthusiastic. It's also really difficult to get live customer support through Crumbl's website. I needed to update accountinformation 3 months ago. The hoops that places like Crumbl want me to go through to update my basic account info is absurd! I have experienced less hassle with government agencies!

avoid at all costs! i placed an order here to be delivered to my sister. she never received it because they didn’t put her building or apartment number on the order. i decided to try again & paid the extra $1 to have the gift wrap & “i love you” sticker. when it finally arrived (same issue, no building or apartment number was given), there was no bow & a pathetic “just because” sticker. what the heck crumbl :/

Don't waste your time here. They didn't give the delivery guy the apartment number so it was delivered to the wrong building and lost. Then we ordered another one and the same thing happened, but thankfully the delivery guy called us and asked for the building and apartment number. Then after all that mess, it turns out they didn't even put the bow and fun sticker on the box that we paid extra for!

This location makes sure the cookies look as advertised. Which I know not all crumbls take the time and effort to do that. Staff is 10/10.

The first picture is what the cookie should look like. The second picture is the cookie we received and paid for!! Service was terrible and inside the building was gross and not clean. Highly irritated with our visit there today.

Bring back sea salt nutella pls, so so good
