“I want to give a big thank you to The Palace Theatre. I was given a reminder phone call since I was late to the show. I thanked the young lady (Hannah) for the reminder call & informed her I was unable to attend. I explained why & she was very sweet & polite. She informed me that because of the unforeseen circumstances, I would be able to have a credit applied so I can attend a future event. That made me smile on a rough day.
