We ordered a medium pizza for pick-up and were told it would take 40 minutes because they were so slammed. We got to the store to pick up our pizza and we're told it just got put into the oven and would be re ready in about 8 minutes. We waited outside for our pizza, and I just want to say, every one of the employees were amazing! Every one had a job and looked efficient at what they were doing! Not one employee had an angry look on their face even though they were slammed. Everyone looked as though they were working together like a well oiled machine. We'll done! I will be back.

Ordered 2 pizzas on the app. It said 15-22 minutes. Im now sitting here over an hour later and they just put my pizza in the oven. Im ok being a few minutes late but this is crazy.

You have to pay for dipping cups.. like if you get too your almost spending more then 1 dollar for a dribble of sauce and so I thought maybe this time I can try it I payed for 2 dipping sauces. I dont appreciate basically being yelled at about my pizza being on my porch when i ordered contactless?? I heard you knock, sorry i didnt notice you were calling i was crying cause my dad just died. Also using a personal number to do it just to be rude is really weird? The food was really good tho

I'm done with this Dominos... we eat at dominos often always good service.. food is usually good too.. sometimes a little burnt around the edge..but my last 2 visits to this location have been bad... Ordered 2 pizzas one pan one crispy...crispy was burnt pan was raw in middle and neither one had many toppings... Today we called from south end of pocatello for pickup... would have used ago but we need a substitution the app won't do...we got to the store just as they answered the phone... they struggled to understand the order so I went inside to finish... I was told that they couldn't do substitution of sauce... they have the sauce..just wouldn't make the substitution...I have ordered this substitution for years at dozens of different dominos...no problem whatsoever... This girl was standing firm on the rules...I told her it looked like we'd spend it money elsewhere if she couldn't accommodate our substitution...I guess I'll have to go somewhere else from now on... she was quite rude... I'm done spending money where they don't appreciate the business...
Domino's is pretty dang good! You can't go wrong getting pizza from here! Try their new parmesian stuffed crust, and you definitely gotta try their brownie/cookies cause they're the bomb! šš

I order from them all the time on the app. My delivery time was supposed to be 28 to 44 minutes. At 50 minutes I called the store and was told because they got a big order mine got pushed back. Sorry but this is poor customer service. Orders go in in the order you get them so no one has to wait a longer time than promised. I grew up in a restaurant and this is unacceptable. Having an order take preference because it is bigger than one person starving waiting longer than an hour and a half is just wrong.

My work ordered pizza for us, the pepperoni was triple stacked, super super greasy, and the cheese was hard to chew. All the toppings came off in one bite. Very disappointed. I actually threw away my pizza after 3 bites. Pizza is 100% my favorite food, and eat it multiple times a week, but dominos has fallen to last place in my book. I think i will take a totinos over this

Ordered two pizzas today for my CNA class. We were doing our unit on assisted feeding today. I ordered my pizza a hour before the activity started to give them enough time to get them ready and delivered. It was two simple pizzas as well. Took them a whole hour just to even get the pizzas made, they try to deliver right as the activity started so I leave class to go get the pizzas. Iām left outside for 10 minutes, no car, no call, nothing. I had to wander around and call the place myself to figure out what was going on just to be told they didnāt even bring the right order and had to go back to get the correct order. I was already around 10 minutes outside of class, and couldnāt wait any longer. So I had to return to the class empty handed for the lesson. By the time the pizzas wouldāve arrived it wouldāve already been too late and the lesson wouldāve been over. I got my refund, but am still very unsatisfied with the service Iāve received. This isnāt the first time something like this has happened, probably wonāt be the last either with how it looks itās going. But this really was the cherry on top. The rude service I received at first when trying to explain my situation and frustration, before she became understanding. Along with the no call or notice of the change. I understand that you canāt cater to every life event that people are having, but an hour and a half for 2 pizzas is just ridiculous. Iāll go to papa murphys next time.
