We had a coupon for a party box of mini donuts and were welcomed, given “the rundown” and time and space to decide what we wanted! Ended up getting the razzletazz, maple, and almond joy donuts. Staff was incredibly friendly and personable, donuts were scrumptious!

it was my first time coming here and i will definitely come back. not only was the food really good (i dont even like donuts), but the guy there was super nice and helpful which is the main reason i decided to write a review, i wish i wouldve caught his name but i will definitely be back soon!

Absolutely amazing customer service!!! They were at the dance factory recital today and I had left my phone (with my Venmo stuff) in the auditorium with my husband and twin 3 yr old boys (so they would have hotspot WiFi for their tablets) when I went to get my 6 yr old dancer in between her dances. My daughter saw the doughnuts and wanted some. I explained the situation and asked if there was anyway they would send me a Venmo request for the charge and allow me to pay/approve it once I got back to my seat. To my amazement they said yes! Thank you so much!!!! Great customer service for this busy and overwhelmed mama!!!!!
