Double Shot Coffee Drive-Thru

The coffee was okay. We were visiting from out of town so not super familiar with the menu. Their sizes aren't very straightforward so the coffee I ordered was larger than I thought it would be but that was a pleasant surprise.

I absolutely love this coffee shop! The guys and gals here always brighten my day and always make me the most delicious coffee!! I usually get a Peppermint Mocha Big Train (its delicous) but the holiday season inspired me to ask about their Pumpkin coffee options. One of the lovely ladies here recommended the Pumpkin Mocha Big Train with their pumpkin sauce and ground nutmeg, and holy guacamole this is my favorite coffee of all time!! They make their coffees absolutely perfect and I love the positivity and good vibes everyone exudes!! I highly recommend!!

I love this place. These guys & gals are amazing. Always make my big train perfectly, always happy and smiling, so friendly. I love to support local and the folks here make that so easy! I love them all. I don't go anywhere else for my coffee anymore! Thanks to you all for being such a great part of my day!

they are so awesome I mean people think it's one or person in there too you know I mean even in any kind of weather they have people you know grabbing your order and I had an issue with the payment and I mean they're just one of those places I like bocatello and I like a double shot if I can get a message to them that would be great thank you guys for putting up with a lot from a lot of people that we are serious about our coffee especially in these dark times lol

Great cold brew served by nice barista. The reflective film on the window makes it look like they are closed, so knock.

Cute little place. Very friendly staff.

This morning I woke up feeling like I was 101 years old. I knew right away that I would need a peanut butter and caramel latte. I got my tired body soon ready and left early for work so that I would have time to stop and grab the delectable drink.

For some reason, I autopiloted myself to a place I haven't stopped for a while... Double Shot. When I got there, I soon learned that they did not have peanut butter for lattes. It was a disappointment but hey we can't have everything that we want, I ordered a different drink and a muffin. We all need snacks!

After placing my order, I asked if they had got their rewards app up and running again yet as it had been down for quite some time... It still was not running... This was also okay, I suggested they use clover since they hadn't found a new app yet

After all of these things I was still mostly fine. I realized that I was probably a little grumbly because I woke up feeling 101 years old this morning. However, when I received my coffees and my muffin, my muffin was still frozen. A person supposed to eat us frozen muffin am I while driving in the car on the way to work? It's not like we have microwaves in our cars. Although, it'd be really cool if we did... Probably not very safe though. After all the little speed bumps this morning. This one thing is leaving me feeling little perturbed and a little dismayed and feeling like I should have stuck with my normal coffee place today. I guess I'll have to wait for my food to defrost to enjoy it.

Always asks for tip. Pressured to say yes all the time just because the location is convenient but the taste is inconsistent. No problem tipping but hate being asked to

Received a gift card as a present. Tried to use it last week, they told me they had a new system that couldn’t look up my gift card, so they took down my name, and gift card number. Told me they would look up the amount, and tell me the amount next time I go in, but I would have to pay this time. Okay, annoying I couldn’t use it but okay. I called today before I went in to check the amount on the card they were supposed to look up. Employee told me the manager has just barely left, and couldn’t tell me the amount on my card because apparently it was never looked up… took my name down again for the manager to call me…. Rather annoying. I asked if the Chubbuck location could take my gift card and he said they aren’t set up to take gift cards… Don’t sell gift cards if the people who are being gifted them and trying to use them can’t because of an older system issue, or employee incompetence. I’m all about supporting local but this was rather frustrating. I’ve always really liked double shot, this is really disappointing- Get it together.

They could offer to warm the pastries before giving them through the window. Mine was ice cold on a cold morning, and honestly tasted like a brown sugar poptart with more frosting (which may be your thing). Coffee was ok, nothing special but definitely not as weird as the pastry
