I've gone here everyday I can and it's always been nice. I go this morning and get a broista being aggressive to the point I couldn't finish a sentence with no explanation, my drinks messed up, and the stickers are being tossed at us to the point one goes on the ground. No I wasn't asking for the drink to be fixed when she didn't seem to want to help me in the first place with my teenager there. Will not be going back yes one experience can ruin it for good. Which really sucks to finally have a place for early mornings and now being treated like you're not welcome.

Place was great when thay first opened now thay started missing up on my 2 drinks light ice black tea with sugar free peach flavor and strawberry boba hand full of times thay forgetting the flavor sometimes I get a cup full of ice with little tea or a teaspoon of boba or half cup boba like wth guys I come through everyday sometimes 2 times a day make up your mind and get everyone on the same page iv complained yes thay fix the problem for a few days then it goes back to crap and I shouldn’t half to come back to get the right order

Normally we don’t have an issue with this Dutch bros location. The past couple times have been disappointing. Today I put in an online order and when I got there at the time the app told me it would be ready the lady proceeds to say, oh sorry we will get STARTED on that. Um what? I then waited another 15 minutes with a screaming baby. What’s the point of the online order ahead then??

Had another double rainbow and this time I was given advice on how to order a double rainbow the right way, much better the second time.
So happy we now have a store in Pocatello and chubbuck. Love Dutch now we need as many as the Starbucks.

I was torn on what to get, So I told the staff to surprise me and it was probably the best drink I’ve had. They were done with our first drink by the time we finished ordering the rest. Super fast and super friendly.
