Normally we don’t have an issue with this Dutch bros location. The past couple times have been disappointing. Today I put in an online order and when I got there at the time the app told me it would be ready the lady proceeds to say, oh sorry we will get STARTED on that.
Um what? I then waited another 15 minutes with a screaming baby.
What’s the point of the online order ahead then??

Absolutely amazing people there!!! Brinley is a very precious asset to have at this building!!! I love the way the are, and the way they treat me every time! I'm a regular, and attend every single day! I don't drink coffee, but I DRINK THIS COFFEE!!

I was torn on what to get, So I told the staff to surprise me and it was probably the best drink I’ve had. They were done with our first drink by the time we finished ordering the rest. Super fast and super friendly.
