El Herradero is a Pocatello staple. They have always had some of the best Mexican food in SE Idaho. Just about anything you order from here will be top notch. Their spicy pork and carnitas tacos are amazing, I get them just about every time I go! I also love their spicy pork torta and their quesabirria. I have never had them mess up my order or anything for as long as I can remember which cannot be said for a lot of places you can get takeout from. Overall, their food and service is top tier.

Outstanding! We’re visiting from Vegas and this is some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. I chose the birria tacos ala cart. My husband had chili verde burrito. Fresh, bold flavors. The green salsa could be sold on its own. Service was so friendly and the small-town prices make this so affordable. Can’t wait to come back!

Always loved their Taco Trucks, but never stopped in before. Grabbed the enchilada (just cheese). They were not my Tex-Mex enchiladas, but they were still very, very tasty. Definitely suggest these. Their verde sauce was on point that say too. Add always, their refried beans always hit the spot. Grab a horchata while you are at it.
I'm always on the lookout for good taco joints while traveling and I am super glad that I found this one. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful and the food was awesome. Looking forward to coming back through pocatello so I can stop and eat here again.
