So disappointing. I love this bagel shop. However, today was my first time receiving an OK bagel with very little cream cheese. The bagels have gotten smaller and tough and not as soft as they used to be. I’m still hoping that it’s an off day and they’ll be better when I return. Please bring back the bigger softer bagels and don’t skimp on the cream cheese.
I ordered from Doordash the Cactus Jack and Soup de Jour and not knowing the soup, just craving some warmth. Omg, it was Roasted Tomato something and it was amazing with my perfect bagel sandwich. Yummm! And thank you for the quality and care.
