Do you like japanese food? If so then you should try Fuji. I believe that Fuji is the best resterant to eat at.At Fuji they make your food right infront of you. For exampal, you can get brown rice with eggs, or nuddles. They also serve more like meat, fish, and eggs. Also if you want to get something that is not right infront of you, you can order it in the back. You can order stuff like Cheese cake, Sushi rolls, Saled, and more. They also use fire to cook your food and the fire keeps you warm. They also serve sushi and marble drinks. Their Sushi is so good and you can get a fruity carbenated drink that you can just press a fun marble and it's open. they don't acsholy make the sushi infront of you but you can still order the stuff that they do make infront of you. Adishonaly, the marble drinks come in all diferant flavors such as grape, ornge, watermelon, and Straberry. At Fuji they put on a show while they're making your food. They also sometimes juggle eggs and when they brake there on a Spachala slide. Adishonaly they use little props that are cool and funny. They also work with fire and it makes it look realy cool.I love Fuji because they let you have fun, they let you see the prosses of making the food you like, and they serve stuff not every resterant serve and that is why I think that Fuji is the best resterant to eat at.— Jacelyn Bitton, 2nd Grade, Indian Hills Elementary (exact transcription of her 'Spring Opinion Essay' ;)

As a returning customer I was very unhappy about this visit. We’re were told when we got our check that they would be charging a $25 gratuity fee because our party size was 7!!! 7, really?? the waitress didn’t even come to check on us to see if we needed refills, the cook was super quite and didn’t seem to want to be there. So if you have to pay for there service charge of $25 then I would suggest going to get your moneys worth with better services. Sad to say I don’t think I would return to this place again. I hear that new Yummy spot is really good.. ;)

Someone recommended me this place, so I came in for lunch. They sat me down and I waited like 15 mins. No one introduced themselves or took my order. I just walked out, such a shame because the food smelled good.

I used to love this place. I never had any problems with the service or the food. Unfortunately, the last time I ate there, I got food poisoning from the sushi. About thirty minutes after I left, I was in Walmart across the street and projectile vomited fish eggs everywhere in the store and the bathroom. The worst 24 hours of my life.
Had the best time here! Fino our chef was amazing. We were laughing all night. Great sense of humor, and perfectly cooked our meal!

We came here twice and were always paired with other random couples/families with kids to ensure we had a full table (which is good in theory because that means more laughs). Unfortunately, both times our chef didn’t really perform or make jokes as we anticipate for a hibachi place like this. Other table’s seemed to be laughing and having a blast but maybe we just drew the unlucky chef both times. Ours just focused on spinning his knife and cooking things fast without much talking.
The food is good- I think it’s difficult to not make hibachi good. What sets Fuji apart from other Hibachi restaurants is their YumYum sauce. The staff and regular customers swear by it. We were convinced to try it as well and I can agree that the sauce is good stuff.
Prices are average for the hibachi experience. I just wish ALL the chef’s could try to perform and make fire volcanos, etc. for the sake of the experience being more fun and interactive. If that change was made, I wouldn’t have an issue giving this place 5 stars.

I wish I could remember our chef's name as he was AMAZING with our two year old. That's really the only reason for such a high rating. But we were terribly disappointed as we went specifically during lunch for the cheaper pricing but were told after we sat down that dinner prices would be charged since it was a holiday. That would be a great thing to list on the Facebook post inviting people in for the holiday. Also sad that bottled sauces have literally doubled. I really hope prices do not continue to go up as you get your new building.
