We usually love this place but that’s only dine in doing the hibachi experience. This review is for the take out. In my wife and I’s opinion, this was the most bland and tasteless food we’ve had from a restaurant in a long time! The chicken was dry and overcooked, the rice was bland and the noodles were not soft. This is my wife’s favorite restaurant and we were expecting to have the amazing dinner that we’ve experienced there multiple times but today it felt like we were eating leftovers that had been sitting there and re-heated. And the portion size was HORRIBLE, half the size you would get from doing the actual hibachi. For a restaurant that has always given us a great quality experience, this is unacceptable! We won’t be ordering take out again from here. Stick to the hibachi experience or you’ll be sorely disappointed.

FIRST TIME AND LAST TIME OUR FAMILY WILL EAT THERE!! 30 minutes for basic drinks (sodas & water) to arrive. 1 hour after seating, our salads finally arrived & they were not very busy. Guy came out to cook an hour & 10 minutes later. Half of us got our food & the other half of us the sat & watched everyone else eat for another 30 minutes before the rest of the meals arrived!!! Everyone who were served first was done by the time the rest of the food came out OVER 1 1/2 hours of seating. Our waitress never came but at the end twice to check on us in 2 hours & give us to go boxes & the check. Hello, you should check on customers when the meal comes out to see if they need anything or come to say "Im sorry its taking so long!" Cook was ok in performance but we were all starving by the time he got there, no one was happy campers due to the wait & we were to busy eating our salads to care. The rest of us had noodles, a sampler plate & 3 kids had fries & nuggets. Items that dont take 1 1/2 hours to make. Had we not been there for a small celebration I'd have walked out after an hour! Five star restaurant this is not! We travel all over the US, 22- 28 days a month for work & know a 2 star restaurant or a 5 star. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO EAT ANYTIME SOON OR ARE HUNGRY!

We only go out to eat maybe once every 3 months. Tonight was special. It was our first wedding anniversary. The staff was amazing especially considering the high school had prom. Cleanliness was a 10 out of 10 service 20 out of ten. We will be back for our next anniversary

Not the best but definitely not the worst. I'm not a fan of the "yum yum" being poured into pretty much everything, I'd rather add it myself. Almost always I do the hibachi side of the restaurant, this time we just got a table. Our server was fine, we ordered drinks and 2 sushi rolls, drinks came out, she then took our orders for dinner, brought dinner out, and still no sushi rolls...after asking for them again theu finally came out, and they weren't very good. On top of everything our food was luke warm, from the rice to veggies, scallops, shrimp, just warm. My sister in law ordered tempura shrimp, and these were 100% NOT tempura shrimp! The shrimp were deep fried with panko bread crumbs, but the veggies were done in tempura, makes no sense. It seems like this place slides a little further downhill every time I go here...
