Came in 10 mins when they closed the hibachi grill.Sat on a booth and ordered food. The food amount is not as much as I expected for expensive price.Been around the world multiple times. Comparing that to this place is not worth eating with over priced items / amount.

Took my wife and daughter there for my daughters 18th birthday. We've been there several times in the past and always had a great experience but last night was a truly different experience. They were short handed cook wise and the cook came out and had the grill turned up too high so it was cooking the food way too fast on the outside and charred. The rice wasn't cooked enough so it had hard grains in it. The vegetables weren't cooked as typical and my filet steak was seared on the outside and cold on the inside. I offered a bite to my daughter and her remark that it was cold which it was! The cook was not impressive with his cooking skills at all. No egg roll, onion volcano or anything, just crack the eggs on the grill and overcook them and chop it up into the undercooked rice. The most disappointing part was that they now include an 18% gratuity on your bill so I had no say on their service or improvement. They weren't motivated to improve because of an automatic tip. Totally disappointed with the whole experience and evening. Spending an average of over $30 a plate, you would have expected a much better experience. After last night, we'll just to Fred Meyers for sushi. So disappointing. it's funny how one bad apple can ruin the whole basket. Not impressed this time. I referred to the cook as a cook because he was no chef. Definitely a cook!

I have loved this place and been here quite often with my family. I went on saturday and got food poisoning and was sick all sunday. I am sad i will not feel comfortable eating here anymore as the service is amazing but the food must not have been cooked or prepared in the right way.

Food had zero flavor (filet and chicken hibachi plate), a few pieces of the filet looked like a dog had chewed on it, the crunchy role tasted like the fish was older - definitely not sushi grade - and had a hair running through it. Waitress was rude, not just to us but to other tables as well.
