Why don't they answer their phones, I have tried from 4:30 to 6:05pm.
I know they are open till 7pm.
I left 2 messages God only knows if they check that or not.
They don't answer what makes you think they check messages.
Very upset this was concerning my order.
This is so unprofessional.

I am Vegas and I have to go here every time I visit Pocatello for the cinnamon rolls!! They are amazing! I can’t find anyone that can make them better. I have tried . So delicious!!

Stopped in on a Wednesday evening at 5:45 to grab a few sandwiches. A girl named Kay was very rude when asking about their sandwiches and said " of course you want a sandwich" I stated that's fine. We can go somewhere else to get something to eat if that is a problem. She gave me a blank stare like ok you can go. Very confused when they don't close until 7:00 another hour and 15 min after we got there. If this is how they serve their customers, good thing there's lots of options in Pocatello, would not waist my time here again. 1 star for the service and 1 star for the the food they didn't want to make.

Clean place to eat soup & sandwich and also purchase breads and pies. The service was fast small lines and happy faces. This was my first time in the bake shop & Deli will definitely come back ? go check them out, you won't be disappointed

Different varieties too, orange, cinnamon roll traditional, as well as raspberry rolks and other flavors. It takes a village to eat just one! Also, don't pass up the cookies, we had got an assortment pack, they were fresh baked, pretty big too! Amazing and 😋! Try the oatmeal and try the white chocolate macadamia nut.

I paid almost 13 dollars for a blt that had less than 3 strips of bacon on it. Microwaved bacon and it still took them 10 mins to make two sandwiches. I thought subway was overpriced!
