I came in for brunch with my husband, and we ordered one pancake combo to share. We waited an entire hour for our food and our waiter didn't check on us or give us any sort of update during this entire time.
The most frustrating part of all was that a couple who arrived after us received 2 meals and paid and left before we even received our 1 meal.
We never received an apology or explanation for the incredibly long wait.
The food was good at least.

Cook tried 3 times to cook my steak to medium. All attempts failed. We'll done first steak, second steak blue/raw. Third well done. Would not recommend the place. I was charged almost $30 and it was not prepared properly and the manager was not helpful in resolving the issue.

We traveled to Idaho Christmas day to visit friends. We stayed in Pocatello Christmas night. IHOP was one of the only dining options available due to the holiday. They had limited hours and were short staffed trying to meet takeout and dine-in orders.
It took a little while to get our food, but our server took great care of us. We thanked her for coming to work and left her a great tip.

The front host treats adults like 4 year olds. And she is wearing a skeleton hoodie, so professional. "We don't allow outsides drinks in, would you like me to throw it away or do you want to take it to your car?" The better customer service option would have been..." I'm sorry, we don't allow outside drinks in our restaurant, you can take it to your car for later." Much better ,right!

I love Ihop coffee 👍excellent service. Great place to bring ur family and friends. Extremely clean restaurant & restrooms. I appreciate the welcoming feeling from the Ihop staff. I usually order and share a milkshake to enjoy with my partner 💜 Then for my order, a steak , eggs, blueberry pancakes with a fruit bowl. 😋 I eat half of my order and take the leftovers and more coffee home to enjoy for later 😜👍!

Pretty disappointed. My granddaughter's birthday and she wanted breakfast before work. We arrived at 10:30 am. Got to our table by 10:45. Ordered by 11:00. Food didn't arrive until 12:30pm.
It was busy, but not so busy that it should have took 1.5 hours for our food to arrive!
No "I'm sorry" nothing. When did iHop get so bad!

My experience on 11/11/2024 was great, I’m a very patient person and service was fantastic. I just got a notification a few minutes ago that the tip I provided was taken out of my account unfortunately over-drafting me but that’s not the issue, today is 11/14/2024 THREE days after the fact! Completely unacceptable and clearly shows how unorganized this store is, I work at a restaurant myself and have never had to wait 3 days for the tip on my card to be taken out. If I had known this I would’ve tipped in cash and it makes me wonder if these servers are actually getting their tips:/
