The staff here are usually good, but they got a new guy who’s incredibly rude and very slow with absolutely everything, costumer service rating for this hire is 0/10 might wanna teach your workers how to work properly before sending them out on overnights

Just went through the drive thru and ordered pretty simple order and was completely messed up asked for no ice in my soda and then had to remind them no ice. Ordered chicken strip combo and got home and no fries. Everytime we order food in the drive thru it is messed up please try and do better

The food is usually fine but the manager has some serious anger issues or something. The app wasn’t working and i said i get it’s not your fault but it’s so stupid that a store can’t honor the online advertisements so i guess(trying to just place an order) - here she interrupts me again and in the snootiest extra high pitched way says well that’s just how it is so what else can i get started for ya? Her attitude from the start was awful so by this point I’d rather just go somewhere else and said your voice and tone (i realize while typing this that she probably thought i just meant voice but it was how she was talking to me. Her voice got bigger and higher throughout the conversation in that obnoxious obviously fake and mocking way) are pissing me off so I’m just going to leave and she completely lost it cursing and calling names. I totally get that i wasn’t perfect in this but at no point did i yell or curse or blame her i literally said what was going on and asked if there was anything we could do about it (she’s jumped straight to defensive and just got worse and mocking) i expressed frustration without blaming them and got mocked when i tried to order them cursed out when i said I’d rather just leave. There are definitely times when managers should stand ground and threaten cops but this wasnt even close to one of those times. I’ve managed in fast food and retail so i get it’s hard but she was incredibly out of line.

I don't understand why every Pocatello/Chubbuck JitB location has discontinued use of the Franchise Standard Premium Signature Buttery Brioche bun. They have all switched to a flavorless, cheap potato bun that is so dry it soaks up every bit of grease it touches. It is *disgusting.*

Unless ordering in person, mobile orders through their app or platforms like DoorDash no longer allow for various ice preferences.

I took a chance on a JitB in Utah recently. The only issue I had was they no longer had run out of egg rolls, so I opted for Stuffed Jalapeños w/Buttermilk Ranch. Ya'll, they gave me 5 or 6 Ranch dips that were properly refrigerated.

At the end of June, someone from JitB texted me multiple excuses and a sad apology after I submitted a complaint about a recent order.

At this point I have concluded that my time and effort to submit reviews for the Pocatello locations, hoping to get them back on board with the Franchise Standard is a waste of my precious time and energy. This is the last one that I will submit. They have officially lost my confidence and business permanently.

Note to management: don't bother trying to contact me.

I’ve never had a problem with this jack in the box until recently. The customer service was awful. Had a mobile order, and maybe the mobile order glitched or something, but friend ordered no sauce on the cluck. Came back in because my friend didn’t touch it and wouldn’t try eating it. Only to be told it couldn’t be replaced because it’s a “7 dollar burger”. I will NOT be going back to this one ever again. I’ve never had anyone in ANY fast food chain not replace an uneaten food item until I came here yesterday.

Ok sure be a 24 hour restaurant but when I come in at 4 am for breakfast I’m told I can’t wait and look at the menu for a couple minutes while you close the till then tell me it’ll be 20 minutes until you can take my order….. ok…… whatever won’t even try to come here again cause this is literally my last resort.

I do DoorDash with my roommate and we had an order from this Jack in the Box. When my roommate went to get the order, the employees were throwing things at each other and horsing around. When asked about the order, they tried to claim that someone else had gotten it when they hadn’t even started it. All around completely rude and unprofessional. I truly hope someone is paying attention to the behaviors of the employees.
