We came and purchased 6 Jack Wraps when they were firsted advertised. Loved them so much we went to the chubbuck locations (convenient), needless to say we won't go to the chubbuck location.
Down here at the Old town locations. On Point! Always accommodate what we need, they dont have it, they make it happen. The food looks good and is on point and we appreciate you guys!

This food made my daughter throw up and the manager didn’t care anything about it or about the food I suggested a food check and she just yelled at me so I recommend not to eat there is you don’t want sas or throwing up kids

01/25/25 530pm. Three employees working, won’t stop talking. Store and drive thru completely empty. Only item needed was a boba tea that was left out of my order 10 minutes prior. It took 8 minutes to give me the drink that they admitted they forgot on my order while laughing. Don’t go here - worst service ever!!

Friendly staff, restaurant was clean, food was great. My only complaint is they had two different genres of music playing, one loud out of the kitchen, and entirely different one over the speakers in the dining area... Weird!

We enjoy going to Jack in the box because of a certain employee at the window she is always super nice,remembers us and we get to catch up quick before waiting for our food. Other employees at this location also are super nice at least in the evenings that is when we normally go. Quick to get food out and they always get orders correct.

I would happily change this to 5 stars if you could please bring regular tacos back to your store in the app. It’s clear that you’re serving them, but they’re just not showing up in the app for your location. When I select either of the other two stores in town, regular tacos appear as an option. However, when I choose your store, they’re missing. Could you please fix this?

I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on their Southwest Salads at the south 4th location here in Pocatello. I’ve asked for the salads to be minus cheese every time but the same guy who always serves me there always gives me some bullshit excuse that the salads are already made with cheese and therefore I have to take those ones because they don’t have the manpower to make new ones on the spot even though all the other locations I’ve been to gladly make new salads per my request. I’ve been buying 4-6 at a time approximately 3x weekly. There are so many ways he can make me happier , like putting the cheese in one corner of the bowl so it’s easier to eat around the cheese or add the cheese (or not) just before adding the grilled chicken so I don’t have to have cheese on my salad at all. Today I bought 4 salads, they all came with cheese and all iceberg lettuce instead of the usual green leaf lettuce. Today was the end, I will vote by driving the additional distance to a different Jack in the Box to be served correctly and I will no longer go back to that location.

I hadn't had jack for years and was looking forward to it. It was horrible. The fries were burt as were the tacos, the burger tasted horrible. There was no one in line and the 2 guys working at the time.. 1030ish? Had the music blaring and they look like they had smoked out of it and lost.
