The assistant manager was super rude and unprofessional, and she rolled her eyes many times as well sigh, and gave attitude. I understand bad days but I know 4th Ave always has great, nice, customer service. But, the boy cleaning was super nice to us.

We found small hairs in half of our burgers. After that none of us finished our food. I’m sure if we had looked at the other two burgers, we would have found more hair but we just threw them out. They did refund us for the two burgers we showed them but we left grossed out and hungry.

The service was good the food was ok. They had this guy that would come up to you while eating to see if you need anything. He isn't there all the time. But i enjoyed him being there while he was. The food was ok. The donut holes weren't as warm as I thought they would be. The shake was a little too much for me, but it was good. All in all, 8/10.

Robert, the Host is a perfect gentleman, he always opens the door for me whether I’m coming in or leaving. Brandon is very accommodating to me with regards to my order. I love their Southwest salad with grilled chicken (“WITHOUT CHEESE” ~FOR HEALTH REASONS). Other locations represent that they cannot make a salad without cheese ~as they are pre-made early in the day. We’ve been told that, at least they could attempt to steer clear of cheese ~when scooping up for small containers, the Pocatello Creek Store does whatever they can to reduce or eliminate the cheese for me. THANK YOU!!!

Okay so I used to eat a lot of fast food but I don't anymore. The few times that I have I've gone to the Pocatello Creek location of Jack in the box and I can tell you right now I don't go to anywhere else. The employees are on. They give you what you need to give you what you want to go above and beyond. I'll just say that. Best location of any fast food chain in Pocatello by far. I will not go to fast food unless I go here just being honest. They never short you on fries for example! And whenever I add tomatoes to a sandwich you can bet they're going to add it. They never give me small or cold food. It's always hot it's always fresh within their abilities and if it's not where something is messed up? They promptly fix it. 10 out of 10 if you're looking for fast food in Pocatello.
