Jack in the box is a pretty good fast food restaurant. Cuz let's be honest, a fast-food restaurant can so good... Pricing is out if this world just like everywhere these days. (Thank you Covid) I just never thought I'd see the day where 2 adults and a 10 year olds meals would cost dang near $40. Anyways. Milk shakes are fantastic. Fine is okay when your in a pinch

We as a society tend to lower our expectations when ordering fast food. No need here. These guys are in top of their game. Welcomed as I walked in (with a smile), prompt service, clean bathrooms, and be nicest staff. 🤘🏼

I asked the supervisor with the tattoo inside her arm if I can get new fry’s because they were super salty and she asked me to bring her my fry’s on top of that they forgot my food 08/27/25 at 1:30 pm where was she going to put the salty fry’s? And I still didn’t get any and I paid for them someone should talk to her

Where do I start? I ordered through Door Dash and the delivery driver was very friendly and polite no problems there. But, the food quality was terrible! The sourdough breakfast sandwich was all smashed to almost paper thin and the french fries were too salty and not full! Because I am disabled and cannot drive I rely on delivery for most things. This was unacceptable. So I found the phone number and I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager and explained my concerns with the food quality. See photos of food and receipt from Door Dash. Then I asked how much is a large fry? She said it was like $3.70 plus tax. I told her for that price the fries should be full and hot. She offered to remake my food if I brought it back. However I explained due to my situation I don’t have a ride. She didn’t even offer me a credit towards a future order or put my name down on a list for future purchases. What kine of service is that? I am just done ✔️.

Food was cooked to corporate standards and came out in a timely manner. Employees were extremely nice and happy to help in anyway needed.
It was a beautiful experience, as we got our food fast and the lady in the drive through was so kind, too! The food was perfectly cooked, the milk boba tea was made to be amazing, the tiny tacos had a good balance between meat and the shells, the price was reasonable, the place was clean and had good selection. Our #1 place to go when regarding jack in the box! The workers were also understanding and were patient. 10/10 would absolutely recommend:))

If you order and pay online they add a 10 dollar labor charge on 16 dollars of food. They tried to charge 28.75 on a 16 dollar total. Just pay attention. I will never use Jack in the box again
