Went through the drive-thru around 10pm on a Saturday and the place seemed to be very short staffed as the same employee who took my order brought out my food. I had to wait a few minutes but I didn’t mind at all. when I got home I noticed he had left a nice message on my ticket. It really made my night after a long day at work. Thank you Alex! :)
