Staff get very rude about mobile orders. Got yelled at once for pulling into the drive through too soon and they weren't ready. Haven't ever had an order messed up.

I am surprised I haven’t had Jack n the box in years but I tried their breakfast burritos and they were really good! Keep up the good work!

The food is good as your standard Jack in The Box. However what they fail to tell you is that no matter what you order or sauces you add through a mobile order, this location will refuse you any sauces unless you pay EXTRA at the door. I ordered 2 ranches for my 2 meals and fries on the mobile app. However when I got there, they straight up told me that they wouldn’t give me anything

Employee wasn't happy we weren't ready to order right away and she showed it with a poor attitude. Everything else was great.
Parking: Easy access, off a busy street. Plenty of parking.

They forgot our fries. They did. A large fry we paid for. Drove all the way back to get it and THE MANAGER “How do we know we actually forgot it, its been so long” they said, YOU should have called US as soon as you realized it was missing. The owner needs to clean house on this location’s management because there’s a guy there and a very large woman who are both equally as terrible.

I’m titling this review: Jenny Jenny Jenny. Or Ginny Ginny Ginny. Or Janeen. (Whatever it was) The manager. Today I went to Jack in the Box to get my app coupon. 2 for 5$ jumbo jack and free tacos for taco Tuesday. I always do the payment before hand and go through the drive through. When I got up to the box I noticed it actually didn’t go through for some reason but would take a few seconds regardless. The Jack in the box app wouldn’t accept any of my payment at all so I sat there for quite literally 10 seconds, and I politely said. “Give me one second the app is trying to accept my payment.” They said “you need to order or step aside because your holding up the line” After 10 seconds. Its all on camera (theirs) , so when the manager claimed they were nice about it. That’s quite literally not true. So that made me mad, because, rude? So I said great are you going to honor my coupons through the app then. She said “no we can’t do that, we don’t have the ability to” when I know they do because they’ve done it before. No big deal at all. And once I came in Jenny/Ginny even admitted she knew exactly who had been honoring those coupons and will “talk to them”. So she lied and said she didn’t even have the ability to honor them, which she did. After being at the drive through for NO MORE THAN A MINUTE she said, “doesn’t matter if you get it through anyways because we won’t make your food because you're being extremely rude”. I’m baffled at this point, like I’m in the twilight zone, stuttering over my words because I AM THE ONE? Sweet sweet Jenny/Ginny, the call is coming from inside the house. Anywho. She said, you need to move aside or we’re going to call the cops. After denying me service for asking them to honor my app coupons. Because the app wasn’t working. Which I would have gladly stepped aside out of the drive through line, if after 10 seconds of trying different payments on my app, I wasn’t met with “you need to order or step aside”. So the Chubbuck police had their time wasted which I feel the most bad about. Because yes, Jenny/Ginny actually called them. So yes there are two sides to every story, but this is all on camera. Honestly, I’m baffled and super upset this escalated so quickly. I am usually on the side of restaurant employees when it comes to arguments and harassment because people can be cruel. There are actual types of people an issues that require the cops to be called and to deny service. This was not one of them. And if I were the franchise owner, I’d review the footage to see if manager Jenny/Ginny is still a right fit for their restaurant. If the answer is yes. That’s a real shame.

Not impressed with this place. We stopped here on a Friday, and the power was out no sign on the door, but a young man and young lady were sitting at the table, staring at us. Had the doors locked, again NO SIGN!!!. Other cars pulled up. Called into the store, got hung up. Called in again no one answered . Nope wont come here again. Customer service goes a long way. I kind of blame the manager for not training their employees well enough to think for themselves and to use their common sense to put a sign up.
