We ordered 2 Jumbo Jack burgers, and they came without the burgers. The Saturday manager argued with that was what we ordered. Ut took me repeating myself 5 times that there was no burger on either one. He finally slapped a burger on them, and when I asked about the cheese he stated it would be an additional $1. Terrible service/ Chubbuck location

The assistant manger likes to threaten people! Will not complete mobile orders!!! Hands out incomplete mobile orders and the service here is absolutely disgusting, I have never had so much attitude from someone getting paid to do their job than here. Will also not give out any kind of upper management information when asked. avoid this place like the plague

When we got to the speaker we didn’t hear her so we waited . She came over the speaker and in a very rude voice she asked if we needed her to answer questions about the menu . Honestly the amount of attitude that she had really left us speechless.

Literally the most ignorant bunch of people ever. Ordered a cluck sandwich with extra pickles all to receive a bun with extra pickles. Are you freaking kidding me?! Isn't the point of an entire sandwich to have the protein on it, not missing?! The main part of the entire sandwich. Who on this God's green earth is going to order a chicken sandwich with extra pickles and receive only a bun pickles on it?! I mean I get mistakes happen but the whole main part of the meal is missing here.....🤔😳👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎🤬
