Ordered a jr jumbo jack with cheese no tom no mayo no pickle add mustard and a small fry and got a tom no mustard and a hair in my fries! So freaken disgusting I swear I'm turned off for life now from ever eating there again. I called to complain about it and the girl who answered was so snotty and rude and told me she personally made my burger etc and told me to come all the way back there with my food and they can fix it is the best she could do she said? Really chick? No I'm good, I'll pass on my food getting spit in next thank you. I just threw the whole order in the trash and said bye bye $8 bucks! Smdh!

Went through the drive through tonight got two munchie meals with the ultimate cheese burger when I got home found out they gave me two jack burgers instead when I called about it being the wrong burger I got told “if you say double cheese burger you get the jack burger you got your order so” although obviously I didn’t get my order and even had it pre pulled up on the app(which wasn’t working) and I obviously said ultimate cheese burger so instead of a solution I was met with a long pause and a very backhanded “you have a good night” though I wasn’t upset or rude about it but yeah don’t go here at night they obviously don’t care past 9

Everytime I come here super late, there are a few really good workers! However, the last three times I have been here, every order has been wrong. I received a burger instead of a chicken sandwich one time. The next I received a chicken sandwich missing a few items. Then today I received a medium curly fry that was half full of regular fries. The food is good, but the employees do not care for order accuracy and service. Half the time they are cutting you off, ignoring you, or talking on the headset to other employees while they should wait to finish talking to you at the window first. This location has a ton of potential, but the employees need to learn accuracy and general respect for their customers.

These people couldn't get our order right at the speaker, the window , and now I get home and it's still wrong. I hope these kids can smell what color they are cooking with because they suck at life and should fully help society out with a future problem. Less than zero stars.

The cashier was not customer friendly. I was trying to do a special order on my burger and everytime i tried speaking, i was interrupted.I then went up to order a to go order for my daughter, after i finished my meal. I had 1 person walk back and forth 3 times, looking right at me ea time, not even acknowledging me. There was a fry cook whom i made eye contact with. He was not doing anything at the moment, didnt acknowledge me. The actual employee working front counter, handed out orders, then when done turned around and started laughing and joking with employees. No acknowledgement. Finally after 3-4 min of being ignored the 1st employee, that walked by me 3 times, finally asked, verbatum, "What do you want?" as if I was somehow a bother to them. As I was telling him what i wanted, he interrupted me by talking on the drive-thru headset. Which, 4 employees had headsets on.Needless to say i will not be going back to this location again.

Went to pick up mobile order and asked to change the drinks, they gave us extra sauces and went home. When I came home there was a Double Jack & Onion Rings missing from the order. I thought no problem since they where close by to just grab the items. When I went in and explained that we were missing different items. When the employee asked where the bags are, I told him I already took the items home, thats where I found the items where missing. They said they had to have proof I had missing items (inferring I was lieing). I told them ok went back home repacked everything and brought it back. When I did the employee searched the back without gloves on. They said they would remake the food. I told them I wanted the food remade because they touched it without gloves and the food partial refund because I came back three times. The employee that went through the bags without gloves came and talked with me (he ended up being the manager). He refused to remake the food, partial refund the order, and stated that I was late picking it up, making it my fault it was cold. I kept trying to tell him the 30 minutes did not mattered but kept getting cut off. I did not care if my food was cold more concerned about the cleanliness. I told him fine remake what I was missing but they just lost customers. The Manger point blank told me good. They only remade one bag of Onion rings not making sure there was two (the other was just bits). I got the food and wished them a good night. Also the parking lot is gross I almost stepped on a dipper when exiting my car.

Terrible Service!! We had two items missing from our order but when we went back to get the items. It was inferred we were liars and had to retrieve the bags to prove our claim. That was three trips! Then to add insult to injury the manager rifled through our bags without gloves on. We objected and wanted our food he touched remade, he refused and said it was all our fault the food was cold. We didn't care about the temperature it was the unsanitary way he touched our food. We got the missing items but the manager was rude and dismissive. We told the manager we won't be back and he said "good".

A very solid ok! Fresher and quicker than most.
