the food is amazing donât get me wrong. i order pick up all the time, but every time i come in, i donât get a hello, how are you or even a simple smile. not even a âhave a good dayâ after they hand me the food. they wonât even look at me. i see them treat other people with kindness, but every single time i come in, i get glares. no words said besides âwhat can i get youâ. maybe itâs because i order pickup? i donât think the smoothies are worth being treated like nuisance. âđŒ

Hello, it's undeniable that I really love your acai PB Nutella bowl. I've been a regular customer for six months now, but lately the acai juice is more like extremely poorly crushed ice than a smoothie. I don't know if there's been any change in staff or something, but please don't let your standards slip. I love your drinks, but if you don't make them right, it will betray what makes you one of the best beverage companies in Pocatello.

I went in to get a Jamba Juice the other day. There was a very nice girl I wanted a tip to go to, but I was informed that only the cashiers get the tips and sheâs new so she canât get it. That is ridiculous. Tips should be included for everyone, especially the one thatâs actually making the item not the one just checking people out and standing there doing nothing

I understand getting late orders suck but you could at least read. Extra nutella usually doesnt mean peanut butter, and a coconut whip bowl shouldnt be half granola. Thanks for making the cancelled order i guess but i canceled it cause i clicked the wrong one, and it feels really petty to half ass the one that i did mean to order.

Go to Joyâs Juice if you want a PLANT BASED SMOOTHIE (624 E Benton) is the address. Jamba Juice in Pocatello is one of two smoothie shops, being a Pocatello local I have come in well over 100 times over my life. Today I had a super LAME experience with them. They recently got rid of their oat milk frozen dessert, leaving plant based dietitians or people with lactose or whey protein allergies/intolerance without a plant based option. They have a coconut-whip but have a hard time using it as a replacement for yogurt. I tried to order a Orange Dream Machine Plant based as I have done dozens of times and the owners wife was unwilling to make it for me. I explained to her I have lactose and whey allergies and she again offered to make it for me with yogurtâŠummm? Then when I told her I no longer wanted a smoothie she kept trying to âmake something else workâ it was extremely frustrating and annoying. As I mentioned, I have ordered this smoothie PLANT based dozens of times and other staff has had no issue making it for me what so ever.

I Doordash so I'm in here alot. They have always been terrible about completing orders in a timely fashion but lately they have gotten worse! Out of 10 dashes I had to wait for over 20 mins each time(which means they have had the order for over 30 mins) and I have only been able to pick up 2 orders out 10...they seem to like rubbing it in your face that they don't care about online orders and will continuously put orders they just get before yours even tho you have been standing there waiting. Terrible service and it's only getting worse
