went in tonight and there’s only two VERY young boys couldn’t be older than 15-16 running the store..i got a iced matcha with cloud whip which there was only maybe a teaspoon of on top, there was ZERO and i mean NO sweetness at all, we went in to see if they could remake it or just add sweetener and they just handed us a cup of the sweetener which was absolutely COVERED in the stuff, couldn’t even grab it without getting sticky. Extremely disappointed as we come here all the time…
