Had great service. I was behind another 2 cars in the drive-through and the line moved quickly. The coffee was really good and their prices were fair. I'm not from Pocatello, but I will definitely stop at Java Express next time I'm in town.

(update: it's only the night staff that ive had issues with; if u go, go in the morning and it's usually amazing) I go here all the time because they usually have the best matcha, mixed perfectly; however the last few trips have been very disappointing, it was either too powdery or they forgot a request on my drink; I wouldn't be too upset but if I'm paying extra for a shot of espresso then i would prefer to actually get it;

Nice gal working there, but the price is outrageous for gas station grade coffee (4$ For folgers quality americano... come on man!)If y'all gonna charge 4$ for a small americano, it better be fresh organic beans, not whatever this was.

My son and I just ordered smoothies. I don't know what they gave us, but it's horrible. No fruit, honestly it tastes like stale coffee and kale. For 16 dollars, should atlesst have the listed ingredients, in the drink.

just came threw and the girl working the window facing kfc was extremely rude. got my order wrong 4 times. as a server i continued to be patient with her. instead of working with me to figure out what i wanted she kept saying "what?" with a huge attitude. once we got it figured out i payed. when she came to give me my drink she didn't speak and forcefully gave me my drink and rolled her eyes at me. really don't recommend this place if you're looking for positive experience.
