If you want to get a drink made by people whose blood must be molasses, go here. They are so SLOW!!!! Literally, 4 cars ahead of me... No one had food and it took 30 minutes!!!! In a drive thru. They didn't even chat with you. They have no runners to speed things up. Awful!

This place used to be so good. But now the employees will straight up ignore you while they conversate and play on their phones. I sat at the drive up window being ignored for 5 minutes, no order taken or anything. Guess I'll just find me another spot for coffee since this place is obviously not about customer service anymore.

This is the best coffee stop! Their white coffee is amazing ? All the workers are so sweet and helpful. Sometimes I want to try something new and they are really good at suggesting something. I would go everyday if I could ♥️

The service from the Brew crew is always great, wether the morning or afternoon crew. (I'm there so much a couple of them know my face and order by heart now lol) the selection of flavors and options for different ways to drink your coffee is wonderful. I've been a Java Express fan since the begining many years ago now, and the quality of the whole experience has always been great.

Simply the best hot and cold beverages in town ! The best service and employees! Drive up or walk in. Marco is especially the best barista I've ever come across. And I love how he makes my coffees and smoothies! I wouldn't get coffee or smoothies anywhere else in the city!

Love their fruit smoothies! This is my special treat after a long walk, either in Pocatello or Blackfoot (when I walk at Jensen's Grove). I've tried several flavors, which were all good, but my two faves are the Orangatango and the Mangotango--yummm!
