Great food always love it BUT The waitress was just terrible!!!! There were only four of us and she did auto gratuity off of us when we didnt want that. And when we first met her at the table she literally rolled her eyes at us when we said we just wanted water and coffee. And that graduity was 20% $12. Terrible place with that waitress being there! She has black hair, tall and very skinny.

Jumbo’s Café is a cute little spot tucked into one of the older parts of Pocatello, and the charm definitely shows. The café itself is cozy, and the service was genuinely incredible warm, attentive, and the kind of hospitality that makes you feel taken care of.

The food, though, missed the mark for me. My omelet was overcooked and felt more like a bundle of meat held together by eggs. The hashbrowns were undercooked and could’ve used more seasoning to bring them to life. With such great service and a cute atmosphere, I really wanted to love it, but the food just didn’t land.

For me, it’s a one‑and‑done.

Say good bye to your waistline lol. The food is awesome the service is stellar. The portions are huge. The prices are great. Can't say enough positive about this place. I highly recommend Jumbos. Been coming here for decades and I have never been disappointed with the food or service.

A breakfast restaurant has gained popularity, surprisingly, due to the dysfunctional family that operates it. I don't understand why people choose to dine there to watch family members argue over mediocre food. The current owner brags that her grandmother used to throw things out of the kitchen window, and her mom would kick people out, which should explain it all.

The biscuits served are actually square pieces of cornbread, not real biscuits, which I find disappointing. Additionally, we were instructed to wait for 15 minutes and were told that they would text us when a table became available. However, it ultimately took 45 minutes. By the time we finally received a text, our table had already been occupied.

We live two hours away from Pocatello and we always go to Jumbo‘s to eat. Their breakfast is great. Their lunch menu is great. Overall their food is great.. friendly efficient staff and Cory is a great cook and so is the others. I can see that they’re happy working there which that tells me a lot. Their homemade bread and cinnamon rolls makes your mouth just water. Reminds me of my younger years when my mom and my grandmother used to bake bread..

Home made EVERYTHING!!! This is the place to enjoy a home made breakfast. It’s a 3rd generation for good reason. Mostly locals, but very friendly and delicious. You have to take a chance finding it but well worth the effort.

Menu did not include the full price. We paid $72 for 3 omeletes. We were shocked that there was not a line to get in but we know why now. Everytime i go to pocatello i eat there but never again

What a place....great fun to eat there....busy with locals a escapees from the highway wishing a great authentic lunch place. Portions were huge and defeated us. Food was prepared to order and really good. This is the best example of great American eating....at great value prices. Roll on the next visit

I am simply over this place it's the worst chicken fried burnt "ground hamburger steak" when I questioned the waitress, I was told! I still want to try the cinnamon roll but never got one!
Finally got one today, but I'm not sure how it's going to be with how the food was, or is going to be!
Definitely... I don't know any more!

Awesome little diner with HUGE portions, I talking serious amounts of deliciousness! Had the Cowboy Benedict and a half order would have been too much for me, but the flavors are amazing. Hit the breakfast nail on the head!
