If you guys mess up my sandwich, how about telling me and letting me know it'll be a wait to make it right rather than just trying to take off all the stuff you erroneously put on. Especially when it's sauce that soaks into the bread. Waste of $15 and terrible wait time to get the incorrect thing.

Today I walked into the shop wanting some good food after a long day at work. I walk in I am greeted by every member of the crew I order a giant 13 Mike's way no lettuce no juice add pickles banana peppers and mayo the one on the slicer this evening which I believe was the night manager was very inviting we talk sports every member of the crew had a smile on their face I would recommend the sandwich shop to everyone I know and I will definitely be coming back oh and they're always stocked on their mini cookies brownies and regular chocolate chip cookies which are always delicious

Sandwiches are always really good here. One of the employees was making me uncomfortable thought and also wasn’t the most well kept. I could smell him from across the counter and while he was in the lobby. He also went into the restroom 3 times while I was there? It’s not the first time he in particular had made me uncomfortable. Would get food here but maybe consider takeout or delivery.

When I arrived at the store there was ONE family there. Order was supposed to be ready at 7:50pm. TWENTY-FIVE minutes later, I finally get my sandwich. People came and went, picked up other orders. Staff was so slow, the one at the front did basically nothing, just opened bags and provided no help, honestly probably shouldn't work there. I'm always understanding of service workers, some things they control. But 25 minutes? Every other time I have been there I walk in, get my bag off the shelf and leave. Oh, and there was some random chicken in my sandwich (not supposed to be there). I've never wanted to not go there, but here I am. Sad.

The staff are amazing! Best sandwiches in town 100%. Super clean and neat. Love this place.
The staff has a crappy attitude tonight and appears to be not getting along. 3 employees there and only 1 was working. I'm so glad I didn't tip when I placed my online order. The place was a mess so that was concerning. Update: Got home and the sandwiches had finger prints of mustard all over and remnants of what was on the counters. I called and spoke to the manager and they did give a refund. Definitely won't be back and hope the Healrh Department stops in some evening. 🤮

The tables were so messy each time I went in there was always crumbs or some type of sticky spots on the tables. The time that it takes to make the sandwiches, also they were very pricey for no good reason.
