I’ve been waiting for my delivery for an hour more, online my order says completed but I’ve gotten no food! I called and the lady said my food is still sitting there and when the driver gets back I’m next… that was 30 minutes ago. Freaky fast delivery my butt!! Calling to cancel my order.

Their online ordering is was the worst! They charged my card three times and declined it... Creditit it all back next day!!! Bank flagged my card and now I can't use it at all!!!!
Also waited over an hour for it...had to call and inquire..... had to pay cash with the HOPE they bring my $50 change back because he didt have any.

The two workers last night were absolutely amazing made the most delicious sandwich I've ever had clean atmosphere friendly those two deserve quite the pay bump!! Thanks for making the best sandwich and the pesto was awesome

I placed a custom online order for delivery. The app indicated there would be a delay. I accepted this thinking it would arrive in about 40 minutes (15 minutes longer than usual delivery). Not only was my custom sandwich made wrong (has mayo and tomatoes that I requested be withheld) but it took almost 2 hours to arrive from order time. The app said the driver left almost 40 minutes before I got my food. I also paid for a combo but never got my drink, even when the driver said he would be back. The manager was understanding and refunded my money, but this isn't the first time my experience with this location was disappointing. The app is a joke with no real time updates.
