I think I accidentally walked into the world’s slowest Jimmy John’s. I ordered online, expecting the legendary “freaky fast” experience. Instead, I got a 45-minute silent retreat in the lobby where employees practiced the ancient art of avoiding eye contact.
After enough time passed for me to legally change my name and start a new life, someone finally acknowledged my existence and handed me my food. By then, I was pretty sure the bread had aged into sourdough.
Look, I don’t need a sandwich thrown at me the moment I hit ‘submit,’ but if I wanted to wait 45 minutes for a cold sub, I’d have gone to a sit-down restaurant and gotten table service with it.
Jimmy John’s motto says “Freaky Fast.” Maybe this location’s motto is “Eventually, Probably.”

Mario has the best customer service!! I order jimmy Johns delivery probably once or twice a month! Every time I call Mario is nothing but cheerful! Super helpful and friendly!! Wish more restaurants had Mario’s customer service!!

I can buy room temp bottled water by the case at Maverik for under $7...Walmart under $4. I paid you $40 for 20 bottles (4 less) and they were hot. Throw your bottled water in your cooler (I know you have one, our boxes were ice cold)...this is absolutely unacceptable. While you are at it...toss a menu with the contents of the numbered box lunches in the bag so people aren't asking me what is what. $1000/month+ JJ's customer. Look at your orders going to Chubbuck from last Thursday and feel free to call me if you would like to discuss.
