I ordered dinner pretty late for my self, around 10:30pm, and I experienced nothing but absolutely amazing customer service. I ordered on line and called the store and said “hi, I ordered online but we have a very sick household can you please tell your delivery driver to just leave it at the door and please don’t knock? I don’t want my dog going crazy” the worker said “absolutely! Have a wonderful night!” Followed my tracker and they did just that. Super friendly, followed my delivery Instructions. 10000% will order from this store everytime. Thank you Jimmy John’s night crew on 02/20/25

Took forever to get our food not to impressed Went to do another review just to see it hasn't changed the guy didn't asked me for my reward number everytime I tried to give him my number which was 5 times he looked away and had to ask me what it was and then he couldn't find it even though I had one not impressed very slow but food was really made good so I will give higher then 1 star

I never go inside, but its cozy in there. I usually go through the drivethrough and its yummy and quick. Perfect for one of those lazy days but dont want to eat anything greasy

This location is amazing! I didn't realize how late it was when I placed my order (5 minutes before close (delivery)), I felt awful and expected them to say it was too late, I would have understood. They delivered my sandwich, and while I can tell it was a last minute sandwich, I have no complaints.

Came in for lunch with my brother we both ordered the new sandwich meal cost 30 dollars an are sandwich was all bread no damn meat
I placed an order through door dash, they don’t have the kicken ranch on DoorDash so I called the store and asked the guys on the phone is they could make sure it’s the kicken ranch not the Jalapeño ranch, he started going off saying that they don’t do the delivery’s anymore and that uber eats and DoorDash do they’re own deliveries…. Okay I get that but that still doesn’t mean you can’t put on the ticket that it’s kicken ranch! He proceeded to say “ I’ll try to remember “ and hung up the phone! And I didn’t get the ranch nor did I get my pasta I ordered, and my drink was all gross and warm because there was no ice in my ICED TEA!
