RIDICULOUS & INFURIATING I don’t know what’s going on with their work culture but it seems like it is beyond pathetic. I ordered the 3 piece meal and the food was so stale just by looking at it that it made me even more angrier. We don’t live locally so turning back was not an option. The fries seemed like they were days old and tasted awful (according to my husband who tasted them because I was not putting those disgusting fries in my mouth). Visually, you can tell they are not fresh. At the least, they must have been several hours long. They could have simply told us they were out of fries instead of having us pay for nasty looking fries that don’t even look edible. Worse more, the fries seemed like they were scraps and were barely filled to the top… The chicken and the baked biscuit were equally old.

I have been sitting here waiting for my food for over an hour in the last 20 minutes they have given one item out I'm number 9 and there at number 6 in 25 minutes. I would go somewhere else tonight

The food was awful and tasted like perfume or something wei and it was very cold. Snaker sandwich, fries and biscuit. Terrible and won't be back.

I agree with the others. KFC Chicken is horribly nasty. It’s a disgrace they have to sell chicken under cooked/or cold. This has happened more than once to my husband and myself. I have always taken it back for a refund!… KFC Needs to be reported to the health department…..

How hard can it be? Just drove back from Rexburg after eye surgery and my wife went down to pick up food for me and they gave her everything except my chicken sandwich. No wonder they’re hiring. Don’t trust them, check your takeout before you leave. Maybe the owner will contact me if they ever read this. Top 4 reviews are all a 1. Maybe they don’t care about owning a business in Pocatello but believe me I’ll spread the word.

Ordered an 8 piece family meal, only received 6 pieces and missing side. Staff is friendly enough, but everytime I’ve ordered online or drive-thru there’s been something wrong. Food is okay, most of it tastes stale. Overall just a waste of time and money. Avoid, find somewhere better to eat.
