This kfc sucks the only good thing about my order was the soda fries were beyond stale my macaroni was HARD and I mean rock solid like it had been exposed to air for 2 weeks chicken was the same looks like they kept my food under the restaurant do not I repeat do NOT eat here

For me I haven't been to a KFC since my I used to take mt mom. She passed away in 2020 and I Saw the reviews and was worried about having a bad experience with my family. As you can see in photos we had a great time and i can't wait until the next time.

Twice in the last month we have come here. Both times an employee named Mars has been the one to help us. This guy seems to always be angry, muttering under his breathe, yelling at me one time. I don't know what's going on in his life, but he has to learn to leave it at the door. The food was good, but that service makes me not want to give you a third try.

Our last experience was this evening, and it will probably be the last one ever. We ordered 24 tenders, and 24 nuggets with sides, and ALL of the sauces we would need for them (right on the receipt). We picked it up 5 minutes early which was nice and was assured by staff that ALL was there. When we got home, the chicken looked old not fresh, and there were NONE of the sauces ordered. I called them, told them the problem and it was like, what do you want me to do about it? You will need come back and get the sauces, they said. I looked at the chicken that was now getting cold, and thought it prudent not to go back for fear of what I would do. 3.6 miles down the mountain and 3.6 miles back. I don't think so. I told them I expected them to make it right and deliver the sauces. They hung up and put the phone off hook. This is the last time we go to KFC in Pocatello. We are done with this crap. I paid good money for a meal. We won't do that again...

I used to love this place as a kid but recently it has become terrible. The employees are extremely rude and don't care about the place. Sticky tables, dirty floors, and a horrible smell that makes you want to be sick before you even get the food. When you get the food you are met with cold fries and a very long wait time. Then you find yourself having to run to the restroom because you get sick. The drive thru people are horrible too and they do not care at all I used to go here a lot as a kid and it was amazing. Now it has become a place that has ruined KFC for me entirely. Never going here again!
Stood in the lobby for over a half hour waiting for my oder only to overhear the crew say they gave it away to a door dasher. Wasn't about to wait another 30 minutes for them to redo my order. Super slow, dumped orders out and recounted several times. Do not recommend.

the staff and the window was extremely rude forgot my fries so i called in to ask what happened the manager on the phone was more rude then the first person but told me to come back and it would be ready i came back in 15 minutes (more then long enough to cook fries i’ve worked fast food) for the guy to seem like he doesn’t know what is going on and saying that they are waiting on fries extremely not impressed and won’t be back
