Great coffee! It didn't take long speaking with the owners to see the passion they have for roasting amazing coffee. They roast small batches in a small roaster, YOU SHOULD SMELL THIS PLACE!I took my daughter up there to see what leapknot was about and we were blown away by everything, the coffee, the high mountain setting, the owners, the atmosphere. It was great!Check it out, pick up some coffee.
Leapknot is home to quality coffee established on an equitable process that elevates the coffee grower rather than exploiting them for their product. You will find coffee beans from all over the world. Their most popular coffee bean is from Mexico -- the Mexico Chiapas, described notes as sweet, Graham cracker, and chocolate. They are open on Wednesdays to the public. You can get a tour and learn how coffee is roasted. The owners are super, and really great folks. Do yourself a favor and get some of their coffee. Local shops like 5th Street Bagelry and Butterburr's brew their coffee!
