I have been looking for a coffee roaster since moving to S.E Idaho, I bought 5 lbs of the Lift Ticket md roast espresso, on par with my favorite Boise roaster, and they're LOCAL! Great service, family owned business and truly amazing coffee! Triple win!
Great coffee! It didn't take long speaking with the owners to see the passion they have for roasting amazing coffee. They roast small batches in a small roaster, YOU SHOULD SMELL THIS PLACE!I took my daughter up there to see what leapknot was about and we were blown away by everything, the coffee, the high mountain setting, the owners, the atmosphere. It was great!Check it out, pick up some coffee.

You will find coffee beans from all over the world. Their most popular coffee bean is from Mexico -- the Mexico Chiapas, described notes as sweet, Graham cracker, and chocolate.
