I ordered 3 pizza and some chicken wings off the ap. I did have to wait for cooking but was fairly quick. The pretzel crusts were tasty and kids enjoyed the BBQ wing as a treat. The front counter even gave each of my kids a bag of cookies when we picked it up. I gave 4 stars because nit always is the food or service consistent.

Tonight 9/6/25 was the first time I appreciated my service at little Caesar’s on 4th in Pocatello mana( I’m not sure that’s right) but he was amazing he went above and beyond my expectations and made sure what he said would happen even chasing me down because an item wasn’t placed on my pizza I paid for kudos to this young man … absolutely glad I went in tonight

Little Caesars really care about their customers and their satisfaction. I had made an order, by phone, and they said it would be half an hour, when I showed up to get my order they said it would be another 30 minutes as they had a large order and the ovens were full. I asked if I could just get 2 Hot and Ready pizzas instead, and they gave them to me, no charge! This is proof that they are customer service oriented!

Just had a wild Saturday encounter where the employees were sitting down talking shit to eachother then they started making pizza. Came back inside to check on my order. The gentleman behind the counter grabbed 2 brownies and showed of his shooting skills. Pretending he was in a shot out! Looked at me and sorry I am autistic. So it was pizza with a show. Cool. Whoever cut my pizza: ????? I'm not one to usually complain and I don't need a perfectly cut pizza but if I could figure put how to post a picture on here it would add in a lot more context. I'm bewildered. I'm actually concerned about you. Never in all my years have a seen something like this. I don't even know how it's possible. Get help

Wanted to shoutout Mona and Jason who were working at the store during closing on 7/5 and were incredibly kind to me - even though my online order didn't show up in their system (through no fault of their own) - they graciously apologized to me, explained what happened, and refunded my order + stayed open a bit late to make my pizza. Absolutely W humans, have all my respect for doing this despite what I am sure was a long shift. Made it all worth it.
