I placed a to-go order and when I called it in and asked if I could get a burger alacarte the hostess didn’t know what that meant. The food was ready on-time and the check out process was fairly quick. The pears on the house salad I got lacked flavor and the texture wasn’t quite right leading me to believe they were probably picked too early and then sat. The low quality canned pineapple on the Californian burger left a lot to be desired as it lacked color and flavor. The guacamole was good, so was the burger patty itself, it was a decent size and had okay flavor. The brioche bun was dry to the point where I took 1/2 of it off to avoid my mouth being dried out. For the price I expected higher quality of food. Not the worst meal I’ve ever had but I won’t be going back.

Food was good, not great. Had the chicken ceasar wrap and the Californian burger. Wanted to sit on the patio but they declined due to it being cloudy (no rain forecasted and not overcast). All good but that was kind of weird. It was 78 degrees out so good weather.

Good spot for a decent meal overall.

Always great. More recently the food has been taking a little longer to come out. Prior to the last 3or 4 times we've gone there the food always seem to come quickly after ordering. Waited for about 30 min to receive food after ordering. (First world problems, I know) Just more recently though like I said.

Kayden was our server. He did absolutely AMAZING! He never forgot anything, he was very attentive, he was quick, he was very thoughtful and he was kind. Dinner and dessert was fabulous! Everything was cooked perfectly and served quickly. Dinner at Mackenzie River is the definition of great food served with a smile.

The huckleberry seltzer is amazing!
