We have been trying new coffee places for years, and this shop is by far my favorite so far! The owner is so friendly and personable that it makes you feel even more welcome. Great service and AMAZING COFFEE!!! Don’t forget to add in the Mexican chocolate. We will definitely be coming back in !

This place is excellent! The coffee is delicious, I usually get a chai latte with espresso added and I truly enjoy it. It has been consistently made every time, and Tom is always friendly when I come in. I was glad to find an enjoyable place to get coffee in this town. Thanks Main Steam!

Review from a 7 yr old: Thank you very for my delicious hot chocolate. My favorite part was all the extra cream, rainbow marshmallows, and chocolate syrup on top. All the baked goods are so good, especially the white chocolate raspberry scone and cherry danish. It was yummy.

Parking: Lots of parking behind the building.

Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible wheelchair ramp plenty of room to maneuver inside the store.

Dietary restrictions: Several options for lactose intolerant people.

I think this coffee shop is amazing, it’s probably the best out of all the coffee shops I’ve gone to. I really in joy eating their baked goods, and I recommend going in the morning because oh, man their baked goods when they come out of the oven are delicious. The owner of the shop is so kind, I really recommend going there it really is the best coffee shop I’ve ever gone to.

Kid-friendliness: The owner of my shop was extremely nice to my little sister, and talked very kindly to my family. I really appreciated that, so if you have a little siblings or your sensitive this is the place to go to.

Parking: There’s plenty of parking in the back of the building and a walk area too.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp so you can go in with your fellow friend.

Dietary restrictions: They have so many options for milk like Almond, oat, and coconut. All their coffee is delicious.

Great coffee! It's not too bitter and not too sweet. Main Stream Coffee and Desserts brews excellent espressos and drip to create a large variety of drinks. I love all the flavors they had as well as the friendly nature of the employees.

So cute. Great history of Pocatello. I adore this little place. Definitely worth a stop when you’re in town. Hopefully Tom‘s working he makes the best mocha.

My wife and I were in Pocatello to help our son move. We were wandering around old town and spotted this coffee shop and decided to drop in. The looks from the outside are extremely deceiving. From the outside it's hard to see in so you cannot tell how beautiful this coffee shop is. We were both completely shocked once we opened the door and went inside. If I lived in town this would be my daily stop off for coffee. The owner was a super nice guy, the coffee was fantastic, the interior made you just want to sit back and look around, and the ambiance was great! Well done sir!

Excellent coffee and teas. Fresh baked goods. Beautiful, historic building and the best barista / owner. I hear about those who know what drink you want better than you and here I found him. He is friendly, a great conversationalist and an excellent inate knowledge for what you want to drink. There is a cute seating area just outside the building for hanging outside. You can pick up some gourmet dog treats here as well. They look good enough to eat. Support your local shops and enjoy great drinks and goodies.

I was introduced to Main Steam Coffee and desserts today and found my new favorite coffee shop in Pocatello! I had a London Fog, which is black tea with milk on the recommendation by one of the owners. It was delicious! Dogs are allowed in and there is a section of dog treats. They look good enough (and are safe for people) to eat, but are for your fur babies! There were all sorts of options for sitting around and relaxing. Lots and lots of dessert and treat options! Nice place!

I work in Mental Health, as Certified Peer Support Specialist, and bring my clients here frequently due to the warm, calm, and friendly atmosphere. The shop itself is always clean and very inviting. Kevin and Tom are amazing people and are always very friendly and courteous. The coffee and desserts are wonderful. Have a fur baby? Bring them in, their pet treats are also great. Pocatello may have a few coffee shops, but none compare to Main Steam. It will always be my go to place for great coffee, great conversation, and above all great people. I highly recommend ??

Killer coffee, incredible treats, and amazing company! Plus... coffee ice cubes for your iced coffee so it doesn't water down! Tons of flavor options (including a lot of sugar-free flavors for my fellow diabetics.) Great atmosphere and a "Hate Free Zone" so everyone can check their hang-ups at the door and come in to relax together. So glad we walked in.

Amazing! Everything I’ve ever gotten is superior to other coffee shops in the area. Their baked goods are always fresh and delicious. My dog has become a die hard fan as well! I could not recommend this place enough!

Love the is place! Coffee is great, I ordered iced latte and the ice cube is actually made out of coffee! The owner is one big tough man but as soon as we talk, we realize he is kind and nice and full of love to the place he runs. Must stop by if you visit Pocatello, one place we will go back again, much better choice than starduck

Fantastic space! The coffee is always great and I really enjoy chatting with the owner. On top of that...Pride for Pooches! The dog treats are delightful.
