Waited 30 minutes for a small fry and two burgers. I placed a curbside order at 11:09 and waited until 11:30 when I finally just left.
I understand the lunchtime rush and all but 30 minutes? For two hamburgers and fry? Give me a freaking break. This isn't even the first time it's happened, either. The last time it happened, it wasn't even remotely busy.
Took myself to the taco truck where they gladly served me in less than 15 minutes.

Ordered a ten piece chicken nugget meal last night and waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes. I thought at least my food would be warm if they are taking time to prepare my food. I opened my bag to a half container of cold fries. Nuggets were kind of warm at least.

Every time we get food from this McDonald's it takes dang an hour to get our food. I all ways have to check everything, they don't understand that plain means plain. The employees seem put out when I say it was suppose to be plain. Our drinks were no ice and they kept putting ice in our drinks so I said just give me the cups and I will get them. I will not be coming back to this McDonald's

The employee working there was super helpful and made sure we had everything right. It was cold but that’s mostly just because it was late.

Ordered food online. Card was charged and when we get to the store it's completely shut down, not open. A lady comes out and says no one showed up to work so we can't have our food that we paid for!!! She said could take 24hrs to ve refunded... so we are out of our money and breakfast!!! How is a 24hr mcdonals closed??? How are we charged for food we can't get???,

The employees were nice and had me parked for my food for about 15 minutes though in a drive-through. Then with people that had more food than us parked next to us and got their food before we did when they ordered after about to walk in and they finally come out with after 15 minutes of waiting.

Ordered a mango smoothie and they only filled it a little above half when I paid for a large it was basically a medium or a small and got stale fries too and forgot to put extra pickles do not go to this location this happens to me pretty frequently
