We waited for 5 minutes in the drive-thru before they got to us. Then the lady was rude and continually glared at us. Then they forgot our fries amd my husband's burger was so shoddily wrapped it fell out of the wrapping on the drive of home. To top it all of when I tried to call they answered and hung up before I said a word, 2 times.

My normal stop for a meal. I always order on the app, but I do notice a couple things that I like to point out. Mostly the burnt patties that happen during two events: either super busy or super dead. When it's super busy the employee's panic and speed to where they start tripping over themselves and start making a bunch of mistakes, like making the order wrong or burning the patties. When it's dead, like at night, it's because it's usually everyone is busy cleaning and/or not focused on line and patties get burnt.
The only other issue is that parking me when there is no-one behind me in the drive thru, like I know it's for time but it makes no sense. I feel like corporate is going to catch on cause it makes no difference from sitting in the drive thru with no one else being behind and being parked. It also sucks cause now one of the employee's has to get exposed to the elements which can suck depending on the weather. Please learn to only park when someone's food behind is ready or there is so many cars that parking me would mean getting more orders ordered.
ordered ahead of time on the app. only 2 other customers there and I was still forced to wait half an hour for 20piece nuggets and fries. ridiculously SLOW and LAZY service. also 90% of the time i order here, i have MISSING or incorrect items even after being forced to wait on a small order. this mcdonald’s can’t even be considered “fast food”

Terrible food. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. My coffee was ice cold and the food was the same. Had to throw it away when I got to work which is right around the corner. This location sits across the street from a college campus and you would expect better. I will be going down the street to another chain for my breakfast.

My order was so very messed up. I canceled one drink and ended up paying for 2. I ordered a steak and egg bagel, but they gave me a sausage and egg bagel with a nasty sauce on it. My friend who was with me had her order messed up too. The kiosks were working right either.

Former Employee here. The drive-thru is super hit and miss. You may get parked for having a small order. Food is often made incorrectly, or missing items. The Chubbuck location is consistently better, especially if you're in a rush. Frequent difficulty with the app, and in all fairness, most are on the corporate side. Most staff are severely under trained, and the establishment consistently fails to uphold brand standards. While there are many things I can't disclose for legal reasons, I can say confidently: 1. Your experience will vary heavily, from day to day. Think bipolar and schizophrenic variance. (High highs and low lows.) 2. The drive-thru should be a priority (faster) over dine-in, but it varies day by day. 3. The customer service will usually suck, and there will frequently be new staff. 4. The bathrooms rarely ever get cleaned. 5. All hell breaks loose during the lunch rush on weekdays (when highschoolers flood the lobby) 6. Most managers run around like chickens with their heads cut off. 7. Curbside is often the best option considering the wait time (It´s not supposed to be this way) 8. Doordashes, ubers, and other deliveries have drastically variable wait times and may or may not be stolen. 9. Holidays are chronically understaffed. 10. Breakfast ends at 10:30 on weekdays, and 11:00 on weekends, and this has been true for years. (However, you may be able to sweet talk a manager into giving you breakfast if waste is high.) 11. Your fries will most likely be cold, under-filled, under salted, or old and gross. 12. If you want hot/ fresh fries, don't ask for no salt. Ask for "Cook to Order". Same is true with burgers and nuggets. (Keep in mind, you will have to wait.) 13. The Ice Cream machine may or may not be down. 14. Limited dietary accommodations.
Vegetarian options: No vegetarian offerings, as all main dishes are meat based. (Loose vegetarians have been fine with just fries/ hash browns.)
Parking: Parking depends heavily upon rush hours. Proximity to ISU makes parking on the street hard to find.
Kid-friendliness: Does not have a play place, but has two tablets in the far corner of the store.
Wheelchair accessibility: Does have a wheelchair accessible ramp, near handicap parking.
