If I could leave zero stars I would. This location really sucks at 5am trying to pick up an uber because I waited in drive through at the menu for 20 minutes with no answer I said hello multiple times and nothing. I couldn’t go inside because they don’t open until 6am I went to the window and sat there for another 10 minutes until finally someone assisted me and that was after I knocked on the window 3 times. The woman who FINALLY assisted me gave me attitude and was short with me I highly recommend to not use this location as management sucks and so do the employees. The woman who assisted me had brown hair and tied in a bun she was maybe 5’3 in her maybe 30s and up. She needs to be retrained on how to have good customer services. I called the store and talked to the supervisor Maria and tried to explain to her what had happened and she was also very rude to me and did not help me instead I got attitude because she had just got there and it wasn’t “her fault.” Maria also had stated she did not want to get into trouble which is a weird thing to say if it wasn’t “her fault.”Not sure how much training she does have on hand or underneath her. But from what I gathered was that she was ignorant and that she didn’t want to,” get in trouble.” What does that mean? I couldn’t even call and complain to the manager on duty and hear some sympathy instead she got defensive. Thanks McDonald’s.

If you don't want to use the kiosks except to wait for a while to be helped no one watches the front counter so you have to try and get someone's attention and hope they want to serve you . Prices are up service is way down and they have pretty much removed anything that made McDonald's a fun experience Ray would be so disappointed in the way his company has gone.
Parking: Most of the parking in front of the restaurant is all specialized for different types of take out options and the handicapped parking is not close to the door at all it is as if they absolutely don't want you to come into the restaurant at all very disappointing.

Ordered lunch at 11am exactly when lunch started, and all of the chicken products were ICE cold. I’ve had fresher food door dashed to me. Maybe don’t make the lunch so early and give people shitty food.

I visited McDonald’s on November 30th, 2024, and ordered a McRib, a large fry, and a large Coke using their mobile app. The process was smooth and convenient. After placing my order on the app, I walked in, picked up my food, and was out in no time. The food was fresh and delicious, and the fries were perfectly crispy. The McRib was the highlight of my meal—packed with flavor and as satisfying as always.
The service was efficient, and my order was ready quickly. Although I didn’t dine in, the atmosphere seemed clean and inviting. A solid experience overall!
Would definitely recommend the McRib while it’s still available, along with their classic fries and Coke!
