The drive threw is a nightmare if you want to sit in a car for 20+ minutes then stop by the Yellowstone mcdonalds in Pocatello

I waited in the drive through for nearly an hour, Only to get hard bread and cold food. Chicken nuggets were cold. Double cheese cold. Mcchicken cold. Snack wraps cold. Bread on all sandwiches hard as a rock. Unimpressed.

Wonderful manager on staff tonight 6:30! I don't want to go into to much detail, but he just made a very stressful/frustrating situation non existent. He was very professional, deescalated wonderfully, and just good at his job. Even with all the chaos, lots of praise. 👏👏

This McDonald's in particular is a sad joke. You wait 45 minutes in the drive through just to have half or your order misplaced then wait another 30 minutes for them to fix the mistake. Then after all of that you get home and your order is still wrong. I normally don't complain because I have worked in the food industry and I understand but this place has had issues every time I have went there.

I go through this location quite a bit and usually never have a problem. Today, however, I went through the drive through at a little before 2pm, having ordered a double quarter pounder deluxe along with some other food. I got home and realized I had received someone else’s sandwich. I called to let them know and the manager who answered was quite rude and accusatory. No apology for the mistake and they didn’t provide their name when they took my information so I can get a replacement in the near future. They initially said they put me down for the wrong sandwich and when I clarified they replied that they’ll need a receipt (which I have along with the sticker from the other sandwich). Honestly, made me feel guilty for notifying them of their mistake. 2/5 experience at best.

Not very impressed with their service went through the drive through today.The girl asked me if I could quit mumbling becuse She could not understand me, I could see if I was talking to her through the speaker, but we were talking face-to-face. Didn't care for the comment won't go back to this location.

The service at this location has gone down hill DRAMATICALLY! The drive through is so so slow! They took about 30 minutes to get my food out to me even after putting me in the drive through spot.

This is frankly unacceptable.

I ordered curbside pickup for my phone half hour before I had to be at work my work is literally two minute drive from McDonald's sat in my car for 20 minutes waiting for my food and when I went inside my food was even ready then I received attitude for coming inside my food had not even been started even though on the app it said it would be out within 2 to 5 minutes so I ended up leaving without my food and just wasting money because I was trying to get food before work so I spent money and didn't receive anything and then I got attitude for coming inside to see what was taking so long after waiting for a long time that is poor customer service and I'm very disappointed

I’m honestly really disappointed with how slow McDonald’s has gotten lately. On multiple occasions — and at both the Yellowstone Highway and 5th Street locations — it consistently takes over half an hour just to get our food. It doesn’t seem to matter whether we use the mobile app, drive-thru, or go inside; the wait times are always long and the service feels disorganized.

When I think of fast food, I think McDonald’s — but lately, they’re anything but fast. It’s frustrating when you expect a quick meal and end up waiting longer than you would at a sit-down restaurant. I really hope they figure out what’s going wrong, because this used to be one of the most reliable spots in town.
