Pocatello, ID location has no use for walk in customers.visited today and had 5 pies in line ahead of me with 6 or 8 being made for online orders. Don't know how long the 1st 2 were waiting, but did hear one say that if they had made an online order they would have had their food already. 5 pies were made for those in front of us. The 1 maker then went back to the online orders. There were other employees present the would come by, make a pie then disappear. We waited in line 20 minutes before leaving unserved. There are 2 prep stations in this place. There were also employees available to help out. If you can't understand that those who actually come to your place want to eat, too, maybe you're in the wrong line of work. I hadn't been to this location after a REALLY bad experience months ago. Swore I wouldn't be back, but tried again today anyhow. This time, I REALLY won't patronize this location or any other in the chain.Parking: Lot is small and difficult to navigate in a larger vehicle.

Food was good but they didn't have much options for gluten free and were not friendly about making a gf pizza. But it did taste good.Dietary restrictions: Like I said not very accommodating
Took my kids in to get pizza, but apparently if you are not a young pretty girl they will completely ignore that you are in line. We waited while they got caught up on orders ahead of us, but when it was our turn to order Mark looked directly at me and proceeded to ignore me starting my order to call a group of young girls behind us forward to start their order.

Don't tip before picking up, you can't get it back. Ordered pizza 30 minutes ahead of time and they didn't start it until 5 minutes after I picked it up. Then they got the order wrong. We hadn't been here in 3 months because the last time we ordered pizza was raw/doughy. Customer service was poor.

I usually find ModPizza a very friendly and welcoming place, but was much disappointed with the staff at this location. I stood in line for a full five minutes at least while the one server kept taking online orders (some of which must have come after I arrived), without acknowledging I was there and waiting. Ended up leaving.

This was the worst experience I've had with any food establishment. It was busy for Wednesday night, but I was first at the counter and still had to wait 20 minutes for a staff member to say anything. I then had to wait over 35 minutes for them to bake my pizzas. When my name was called, I got up to grab them to find out that they lost one of my pizzas. The staff member said if I wanted a pizza, I would have to get back in line and wait to order again, and there were over 10 people in line. Terrible service, terrible food, will not be recommending.
