Best place to grab a beer and a bite in town head and shoulders above everyone. Go get D’Railed!

This place is awesome, love the D’railed Burrito and the variety of beers. Would recommend

Off the rails is my favorite place to eat in town. Service is ALWAYS on point and the food is delicious. My favorite is the grass wagon wrap! This place should definitely be on your radar if you’re passing through town or if you live here!! Best beers in all the land….

The food is ok when it’s done right. Today I had multiple pieces of bone in my hot shot tacos. Super lame, I told one of the servers (pretty sure he was the owner man) he didn’t really seem to think much of it. He offered a brush off of an apology….. Seems ridiculous when you consider the price. No effort or compensation made toward the situation.

Great beer. Great food. Great service and environment.

Very expensive and very disappointing. I didn’t know that Tom’s gyros and burgers closed permanently so we tried Off the Rails. The burger buns were as thick as bricks and the patties were as thin as McDonald’s . Also, the tiny side salad was not worth $6. We should have tried 5 guys instead, live and learn. I certainly don’t recommend eating there.

Honestly I’m not impressed… with the general unfriendliness of the staff and the price of the food for what you get I can’t really recommend Off the Rails. Was trying to get beers and trying to ask staff for drinks that was blatantly ignoring our table. The waitress was helpful when she was at our table but the guy bringing out food was rude and short… dropping our food on the table and not asking us if we needed anything or if the food was right. Maybe they should discuss customer service because it seems like us patronizing their business was more of a burden.

The food was delicious, the kids' food came out fast which was a huge plus!I tried the pineapple cider, which was superb. The garlic knots were out of this world. Our server was attentive and polite. The atmosphere was chilled, friendly and welcoming. The music choice was good and at a good volume. The decor was quirky and fun.My husband got the sourdough pizza and he thoroughly enjoyed it. Our only complaint was that my pasta was room temperature when I received it. I assume they were waiting for the pizza to finish, but it was really disappointing to wait for the best part of an hour and to receive lukewarm food. However, it tasted delicious and I'm sure it'll be good microwaved tomorrow. We will be back!

We’re regular to that place, we go once a week. It’s a good spot since there’s not many in Pocatello. That being said, I find that strange that the server added a 20% service charge to our bill. At first we didn’t notice and added another 20% to the total that included the service charge. Anyway, I’m just wondering if that’s a new policy for a table of 5 people, if it’s not then we’ve been tipping nearly 40% for a good minute…doesn’t feel right

I'm not a massive fan of the atmosphere but they've done a great job with this historic space and often have live music. I've enjoyed the food, particularly the pizza and wings. There's a server named Jessica that I absolutely adore and she makes every visit fun. I gave 4 stars due to some below par experiences I have had.

Food was good, not enough portions, poor service. Very slow workers

Beer is good, food is good...but every single time I've ever been there, whether I'm the only one or if it's wall to wall packed, the service is horrible. I sat at the bar for about 20 minutes, watching at least 7 people behind the bar, doing literally nothing, and they didn't even acknowledge me. Thought about taking a Pic of everyone standing around and I wish I would have. I'm sorry but I shouldn't have to get your attention.....but this is what's expected when I go there...which is rarely, even though it's less than 2 blocks from my apartment. I'll spend my money somewhere more attentive

Sunday brunch is the best here! Bottomless mimosas are the way to go. Our waiter took great care of us and come to find out… she owns the place! Will be coming back for sure!
