I always leave here still hungry, but if I get 2 entrees for breakfast, I get enough food. I love their refrigerator housemate jam, that's what I actually look forward to. The staff is great and tries to get to know the regular patrons. I feel like it is expensive for what you get.

Their green pepper soup is outstanding. I tried a little sample and then asked for a bowl. My main course was their chicken strips with mashed potatoes. A dinner roll was included with my meal. It was all delicious. Compliments to the kitchen workers who made my meal. The home made rolls are exceptionally good. And I can't forget the slice of home made Apple Pie - it was dynamite. I ordered a whole pie to be picked up the next day to take back to Morgan Utah. My wife made the statement that the pie was excellent.We are looking forward to visiting Pocatello again to have lunch and dinner at Oliver's.

Oliver's is really a hit or miss. I've had both good experiences and not so good experiences here. I'd say you've got a 50/50 chance at having really good food and service. I've never had such bad food or service that I wouldn't go back.
